During my recent visit to your restaurant. Not only did I find a hair in my food, but I also experienced mistreatment by both your branch manager and waiter. when I brought the matter to the branch manager's attention, I was shocked by their response. Instead of addressing the issue, the manager asked me to accept the situation or leave, demonstrating poor professionalism. I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and will take immediate action to improve your customer service and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

It was an ordinary wednesday but an awesome and sumptuous dinner at Texas roadhouse LeMall Jeddah. The steak was properly cooked, doneness was medium well and the taste is absolutely great! Their staffs are very polite, accomodating and helpful! With that, PERFECT STAR for you guys!

We had such a great time during our last visit here. The staffs are nice and friendly. Food are served fast and soo good! 👌👍My daughter loved their potatoes 💛 I really appreciate that they do have big space in the washroom for changing kids. The only concern is, it's hard to look for a parking 😅. But overall we our time :)

Steak Cravings satisfied it is. Oh how we love the dinner rolls as always. The steak and ribs are to die for, just perfect,falling off the bone. We even tried the kids menu cause why not😀, the chicken strips were so tender,yum. Serving for Caesars salad was huge.

Not a big fan of this restaurant. Nothing special about the steak, I've had better somewhere else. The tables are kinda tightly placed next to one another. The washroom is so ghetto. This place is good for first time eating steaks. Customer service is not too bad, but not the best either. Food is okay. One of those wannabe high end, but it's not. I'm not really impressed.

This place is awesome.. Had sirloin steak, chicken grill with rice and corn, We had rattlesnake bites and chicken. Food is extremely good and was with huge portion size . Couldn't finish it .. Service and ambience is good , Plenty of seating.

Nice restaurant, very good staff. Complimentary bread and cinnamon butter is delicious. Steak was OK, the ribs were delicious. We also ordered buffalo boneless wings which were very tasty with ranch sauce. Soft drinks are bottomless. Nice place to eat if you don't mind spending 💰

Yep, sone can they why so expensive for every small thing but it’s worth it when food is heavenly. They have the best steaks ever. That cozy and relaxing feeling. If you love meat just try something here. Give it a try and trust me it’s worth it. 🌟

Steaks 1/10 Customer service 3/10 Waiter knowledge 1/10 Price 1/10 Extremely bad and expensive Low quality rubber like steaks with nearly zero marbling. Don’t be fooled by the appetizers & cinnamon bread the steaks are just horrible. The waiters lack knowledge of steaks. What is going on with our steakhouses in Jeddah? The meat Quality is like A2 or Probably A1. I ordered the ribeye and the fillet steaks. There were absolutely no marbling on the fillet steaks. Please take a good look at the picture, its just water from the steaks you can brealy notice the fats. I took a paper towel placed it on the steak, pressed down and just water came out, it dried up five minutes later. I spit it all out from the first bite. It was unpleasant and awful. The ribeye steak was a bit better with a small amount of fats, it might be an A2 grade with fats near the bone but again, with almost zero marbling. I asked the waiter what grade it was, he said it was Australian, which didn’t answer my question, so I asked him again, what is the grade of the meat he said I’m gonna go ask my supervisor because I don't know ( basic steak knowledge) and he came back stating that it’s an "A" grade. obviously they didn’t know what grade or didn’t want to tell me which grade it was. Nevertheless, he was Nice and cooperative but they teach them how to avoid these kind of questions. I asked the waiter what is the best way to cook the steaks he said medium well and I was Brought a medium rare cooked steak and when I asked The waiter about it, he said let me re-cook it. if you re-cook a steak it’s no longer a steak. it is quite sad that a well-known restaurant like Texas roadhouse is fooling people by appetizers and the size of the meats which again has almost zero marbling. honestly the chefs need to know how to cook to order. After all this, I paid SAR 499 for steaks that was left for the cats near the dumpster. What a waste of money. My recommendation is to avoid this steakhouse at all costs if you want to eat good quality steaks. You will not find good quality steaks here. Update, I did not Reach out to the customer support team at Texas roadhouse as stated in their reply, I simply reviewed thier restaurant.

One of the best American restaurants in Jeddah, staff are friendly and ambiance is cozy . I really like their hospitality, fresh buns once you come with their home-made topping . Shotgun shrimp 10/10 , Cesar salad 10/10 , burger 7/10 and BBQ chicken breast 9/10 Highly recommended restaurant for family and friends gatherings. They do birthday celebrations 👍

The best steak in town.The steak was very juicy and with bbq sauce it was awesome.Tried their ceasar salad as well. Their business lunch as always top notch.Highly recommend to try again.

For steak enthusiasts, great subtle tender beef cuts freshly prepared everyday. They offer a free hot buns while waiting for your orders which makes you a little bit full already with nuts with shell on the side. Though I noticed the size serving of steak is lesser than its competitors and price is costly. The dine in place is comfortable and cozy as well.

Such a pub feel experience with juicy steak rib eye steak medium well done and ribs. Perfectly cooked at the right temperature and texture ! The burger was also great very aoft and juicy. Jitu & Gamal was such good servers, Mr Jitu's recommendations is really down to earth and helpful. Thank you for the all over experience.

I ordered Grilled chicken mushroom, I was surprised. The taste was a little bit average and not what I was expecting, specially with this price range. Yet, the service was very good and the restaurant atmosphere was good as well.

It was one of the best steakhouse joints I tried. Their chef cooked a perfect medium rare. The environment was great the sevice was great.

I’m an english food vlogger in the entire ksa, kindly take my review seriously. I was invited in this restaurant by Al Shaya and I would like to thank the entire team for the warm hospitality. As per my experience from customer’s perspective, the food they served was really great and the prices are really reasonable. By number it might look expensive, but in reality, they deserve the price they put on hand cut meats, steak , etc. Love their complimentary breads that is prepared every 5 minutes which is imported from US, and you can request it for free limitlessly. They charge 78 SAR on a giant burger whereas there are restaurants who charge almost the same on mini sized burgers. And this branch is always crowded, definitely they have loyal customers who are true to this brand. As an honest reviewer, they had the right quality & they maintain very fine standard. Best ribs and steaks. Their welcome buns and creamy Cinnabon butter is my favorite. Best customer service. This is the place you want to be if you are craving for steak. Burgers are normal. I believe it's steak is their specialty

Heard a lot about the brand and some advisors mentioned to try it. So disappointed from the service and food taste and presentation. Nothing special about the taste, also for the presentation; it’s not appealing. Serving plastic ramekins. Ice tea is tasteless. Amazing food with very good service and ambiance.. Food was fresh and hot, specially freshly baked bread with cinnamon butter (complimentary)...staff was very friendly and active. We went at peak lunch hours and have to wait the table as they are following SOPs and not making the restaurant very crowded.

There is a major waiting time in regards with ordering as I shouted up twice to be served which is too bad. The MANGO MINT LEMONADE was full of sugar and I did not like it at all. For the steak I ordered medium I got medium rare plus it was very salty! The corn cup was also having too much butter. What makes it worst that the manger came late and said sorry we are busy today and come next time. There is will be no next time for me. So the restaurant actually not able to cook and host customers! I am getting hypertension and diabetes from today’s poor meal.

Food: Incredibly delicious with a diverse menu. I highly recommend trying the Bacon Cheeseburger. Service: Excellent service with quick responsiveness. Ambiance: Slightly noisy, but overall, the decor is exceptionally beautiful. Price: While the prices are high, considering the quality, it seems reasonably justified. Location: Excellent location, though the entrance is a bit challenging, and there aren't enough parking spaces available. Overall Experience: Extremely enjoyable, and I highly recommend paying a visit.

We really love this place especially if you want to celebrate with your friends and love ones! The ambiance is good and can accomodate a large number of people. The staff are very approachable, friendly and accomodating. Food was really delicious and was served right on time! A good place to bond and fellowship with everyone! :)

Tasty experience 😋 i got combo steak meal with 2 side dishes. The ribeye steak is a winner. The rib piece was very tender and nice, but too much bbq sauce for me. The dynamite shrimp was really good too! The only dish i didn’t like was the chili fries. It’s an ok dish, but i don’t like when the cheese gets cold over the fries.

I ordered the Dallas Fillet 12 oz at Texas Roadhouse and I was not disappointed. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, with a nice char on the outside. The seasoning was just right, not too salty or spicy, but flavorful and balanced. The portion was generous, enough to satisfy my appetite and leave me feeling full. The sides were also delicious, especially the steak fries and the house salad. The service was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was vibrant and casual. I would definitely come back for more of this amazing steak.

Great place for having lunch especially for large groups. Waiting time for food was acceptable considering our number. Appetizers were mouthwatering and fresh, lunch offer prices are good. The burger usually has sides on the same plate but since I ordered the side separately, it was served on another plate. Finally, it's a good restaurant and I highly recommend it 👌🏼

We ordered the following: Smoked Buffalo Wings - Lightly smoked chicken wings tossed in hot wing sauce, served with celery and Bleu Cheese dressing (SAR 55). Fried Pickles - a basket of pickle chips hand-battered and lightly fried, served with Ranch dressing (SAR 35). Sirloin steak (6 oz / 170g) - Hearty and flavorful steak (SAR 92). Ribs (Full Portion - slow-cooked “Blue Ribbon” Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs with a blend of seasonings and BBQ sauce (SAR 192). Grilled Salmon (5 oz / 142g) - Grilled salmon steaks, moist and tender, topped with lemon pepper butter, served with tartar sauce (SAR 103). The highlights were the Fried pickles & the Chicken wings. They were just perfect. The meat dishes were perfectly cooked as well. I loved the salmon but thought it was extremely overpriced for the portion served. Overcall is a good place to come with friends and family. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

The place used to taste way better than how it tastes now. The beef sliders where great, the mozzarella fries where very dry and I honestly didn’t really like it, the chicken tenders weren’t that great they tasted very weird.
