Pleasantly surprised. It was clean with systematic queuing. A great selection of rides and arcade games. They kept up stringently with covid spread preventions. Well organised and a good layout. Adequate parking. The park has a lovely ice-skating rink and lots of seating areas. Refreshments available throught. Having glass windows where you can see into the theme park from the corniche was a great improvement. Absolutely loved it and would definitely would not get bored of revisits.

I think this is the biggest amusement park in jeddah but for me its a bit small if we compare to the amusement park around the country consider that jeddah is one of the competitive city in the world. There is a lot need to improve from entertainment (like puppet mickey mouse show) to scenery. And i couldn’t imagined how crowded it is during before the pandemic. Staff; ladies are very friendly and accommodating, they are very happy in assessing there guest. But for the boys staff is a big 👎 they are rude. You don’t need to shout to your guest and being unfriendly because we are not here for free we pay 99sr for the entrance and for the rides you should assist us in a polite way if you cannot respect us. Please boys we are friendly person we are not idiot improve your behaviour skills.

Excellent place for family and friends fun! We usually go there once every 2 months. Kids love it and we also enjoy some quality family time going there. They even have a sky diving zone for kids.

I liked it so much specially the coffee shop there! The workers at the coffee shop are SO friendly and nice 👍🏻 literally the best experience ever I recommend 100% .. but some of the games workers seemed not happy and mad all the time I felt uncomfortable with the treatment 🧍🏻‍♀️. I had a fun time tho, and it’s number1 option when I visit Jeddah again. It was a bit expensive 35 SAR for the enternece 64 SAR for the games *not even all the games* 😓

My wife got head injury while taking their roller coaster. Went to their staff, treated my wife so were very happy with medical staff on-site. However, since we took the roller coaster as our second ride, we couldn't continue after her injury. The manager on site Mr Sameer offered only condolences and nothing more. Good place specially ice skating area is the place you cant find easily, ticket price for entrance is 25 riyal, separate price for different activities like rides, etc. Couple of rides are free for kids.

The theme park have indoor (arcade) and outdoor games...the area of the outdoor games wasn't that big... indoor also have ice skating for kids and adults...the staff was very friendly and helpful and they do their job very well. I had a nice experience when I was there...there was a parade carnival that goes around the theme park every 30 minute...also the planetarium is good to try...so relaxing...and it takes you to another world... while Tom hanks voice explaining about the whole planet and solar system in the movie..it has Arabic version and English version.
