Many issues, the place is not up to the name of the hotel. Ants and cockroachs share the room with you. The bathroom has no curtains, if you take a shower the whole bathroom will be flooded. The toilet seat is broken and dirty. The mattress is dirty and very old. You have to ask for the essential guest amenities such as bath towels and other bathroom necessitates, they bring it to you at their convenience after you ask for it. They had a party for the kids, my daughter enjoyed it very well. The system they have is weird, you have to tell them when to clean the room, change the bed cover, towels and bring the shampoo or soap. The manager is very humble, he helped me with my luggage and he was informed by all of the above issues. The staff and reception were very nice.

Very nice hotel. Courteous staff. Well maintained. I'm living here in a junior suite which I find very good to stay at. They will give you a 330ml bottle every morning which is complimentary. And also 2 piece laundry per day. Mosque and Super store is only 3-5 mins walk away. Hotel has a gym as well, which is just okay. You will get free WiFi and wifi is really good. House keeping will clean your room on daily basis.

We traveled with my wife UAE and Saudi Arabia and stayed at 3 star hotels. This place is definitely not 3-star hotel. It is 1 star or maximum 2-star hotel. There is no carpet on the floor, no breakfast (even for money), and in the shower the only place you put your toiletries is the floor.

Why this hotel is not registered on muqeem portal…??

I took 3 bedrooms, all are not having single towels..we call reception asking for the towels, they are not given till next checkout. No shower-gel, shampoo or conditioner..😩

My room stinks 😷!!! Plus it is supposed to be Non Smoking, but it is not!!! My neighbors are smoking and the horrible smell is entering my room 😡😡😡 They only provided items for 1 person (such as soap and toothbrush, and slippers). I am totally uncomfortable here!!! There is supposed to be a kitchen in the room, 😂 I am still searching for it 😂😂😂😂!!! This is the worst hotel I stayed at in a very very long time!!!!

Reception and room service is pathetic.. u have to call many times to get Basic amenities .. breakfast is okk not much variety and even quality is average.. rooms are big but cleanliness isnt there

Worst experience I have ever had. The hotel staff are very rude. They cancelled our reservation before we arrived to the hotel without notice because they said we were late. We had to find a hotel last minute which was very stressful for my family. I don’t recommend booking here!!!

For the price you will not find a better place the only issue they don’t serve breakfast fast and the munches they have is really poor but there a supermarket and a cafeteria with in a walking distance. On the other hand the staff are really nice and helpful.

My experience in Al Hyatt Jeddah was not good but I have to say room was big and confortable but the rest leave much to be desired so there is not any space on hotel to stay , take coffe or do whatever when I arrived there was not electricity, I have to request water everyday , they didn’t clean my room any day so as we say in my lenguage ‘’ un tema ‘’ .

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. One of the most basic necessities, drinking water, was not available . It's hard to believe that the hotel doesn't provide drinking water for its guests. What made matters worse was the absence of room service. I expected the convenience of room service for my early morning needs, but to my dismay, it was not available at all. This lack negatively impacted my comfort.

clean hotel with spacious rooms. All basics are provided. Hotel location is great! almost center of Jeddah, very accessible, close to all major landmarks and other locations, and well serviced with nearby restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies ...etc. Only thing is that there is no restaurant in the Hotel, so all meals will have to be arranged. staff are nice and polite too.

Value for price is excellent. Very clean and polite staff although the breakfast area is quite small and limited variants but good quality. Also the afternoon lounge -for free- is fairly equipped, though if had a view on anything but walls, would have been an addition. Overall a good experience and positive recommendation

Here since last four days. Refrigerator doesn't work even after replacing 2 times. No electricity since last 3 hours. Rude staff on reception and poor management. Doesn't even deserve a single star.

Happy with hospitality and courteous service provided by Mr Abdulaziz and Ms Rayaf and Mr Jabir. Will visit again. Insha Allah.

Poor service...big name but not worth to stay..

Good location. Close to AlBorj lab that performs Covid PCR test. Helpful staff. My room had traffic noise coming in, however on request they changed my room. Very thankful to them. I wish they could provide the breakfast/ Suhoor.

I would definitely go there again ! Very clean and quiet rooms. The hotel is furnished like any 5 star hotel, but there's no iron. Instead, you can give your clothes to the laundry of the hotel and they'll get it ready very quickly. WiFi stopped working when I was there for one complete day. An over all pleasant stay, and great room service.
