Very disappointing, quiet different from the picture displayed on the net. Price difference. I planed for 260sr, I ended up paying 300sr. Was given a difrent room aside from the room I booked... Very old prayer mat, no tissue papers in the toilet, bed linening are dirty.... The water basin in the bathroom stinks when water is open. No communication facilities like phone in the room to call reception. Really a sad experience for me. Thanks to the receptionist, I requested for electric kettle and he gave me a new one... Alhamdulilalah. Aside from that.... It's a No No hotel for me. Very unpleasant ambiance...

All the staff who is working in this hotel is totally careless.Everytime we are requesting for room service they are not bothered for the same.Staff was not able to speak basic English, Unclean hotel surrounding, Old building, unsafe room door, unclean floor, dirty bathroom floor, rusted faucets, no towel holder, unclean & smelly air condition. Being a customer I request your team to please inspect each and every aspects.They are just spoiling OYO image. I would not recommend to anyone Al Nabares Palace to anyone,highly disappointed

So pretty much the worst No one spoke English so checking was horrible I booked ahead of time so avoid certain things but the rooms are nothing like what they say they are Water pressure 0% Walls are so not soundproof Nothing more to say Though it's a great location Nice bagala in front the building

Cheap and with very good customer service. If you are just looking for a very simple place to stay, you got the right place. Quite a bit old but well maintained.

I didnt stay at their property, i just checked one of their rooms when i was looking for a room, i beleive there were a million person stayed at that room before of me, even ive got confused about the black walls if its dirty or originally from the paint !!

When we arrived we got the wrong room. The rooms were filthy, an awfull smell from the toilet and naked electrical wires. We were given towels after I threatened then we will leave. Only the reception guy was kinda helpful. Avoid it unless it's the last place to sleep on earth....

The reception staff was very polite, caring and helpful. The hotel needs to concentrate more on level of cleanliness of rooms and bed sheets.
