About 40 mints from train station The rooms are cozy but need sofa-bed at the living room for kids The AC is great The swimming pool on the roof is nice for small kids only but its not covered so you can swim only near the sunset coz of the very hot weather No washing machine The reservation on booking was cancelled and they gave us another one but not like our main reservation

the hotel is very quiet and clean. it’s such a great place to stay in jeddah, it was absolutely an amazing experience, the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing☁️. and also a Special thanks to Mr. AbdulRahman for his welcoming smile and kind words, he created a delightful impression for us🌟.

it was an absolutely amazing experience..comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.. The bedding was of high quality, soft to the touch, and the pillows were incredibly cozy. I couldn't ask for a better place to rest and relax after coming from Hajj.. The receptionist, Mr. Abdulrahman with warm and welcoming smile created a delightful first impression.. His presence added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest.

Had a wonderful stay here and the bed was comfortable,clean and quiet, also excellent customer service with the receptionist Mr.Abdulrahman.

Great place to stay if you want to visit jeddah. The place had great costumer service. We wanted towels at 1am and they were brought to is 10 minutes after we asked. Also the hotel is very clean and spacious.

Room clean and nice. But I did not have good experience staying at this hotel for the following reasons: 1) shower water fairly cold 2) we were 3 people. 2 cups and only one coffee available. Requested another cup they said no. 2) we had towels and asked for 3rd one and they said no 3) Hotel requested deposit of 200.SAR. They charged on visa but they said will give back in cash at check out. I did not need cash as I am traveling after. 4) one key available for 3 guests. I requested another key but never received it. Very very cheap service

Accomodation very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and assisted with our needs.
