The location of the branch is good Adding to the previous comment: After continuing in the club for 4 months, during which I hesitated between the Samer and Al-Basateen branch, I say: The branch locations are good, the idea is very appropriate, but the trainers do not teach the participants the correct technique, and follow up on the trainee’s application of it, with the exception of the great Tunisian trainer in the Basateen branch. I see him as the best trainer, and he works with integrity and conscience, and follows up with you every movement you make. I thank him, and I hope the rest of the coaches follow his example.

The place is awesome for starters you could get boxing skills and you could shred your body through ruthless and continuous training. I see this as the perfect place to start your athletic experience.

Great coaches however very bad facilities building lacks of maintenance and ventilation is very bad the branch is very crowded which contradict with the main idea of 9round waiting queue time is at least 30 minutes before starting to workout ending with spending at least double the time their slogan is. I don’t get a value of what I am paying for.
