I have been to many Gold’s Gym around the globe from United States to Japan. I used to be a Member in Japan golds gym over 5 years and currently in Jeddah. This branch used to be very good when it started. Staff were very professional much organized and much cleaner facilities than these days. A lot of equipments require service and need a change. You can’t keep equipments for this long time without maintenance. If a staff listen to you never consider what you say. So, don’t bother yourself to complain. When I was back in Japan, they were maintaining everything and keep things working as it should and organized . People in here throw weights in anywhere and dumbbells are not organized in order. You just search for it among other weights. There should be cooperation from Members but it seems no body cares. I hope they improve their selves and show more awareness. The building is nice and big and should also represents its name.

The gym is absurdly disgusting, I’ve never seen a more horribly managed gym in my life. The staff is horrible and aggressive they are no help and walk away from you mid conversation. The equipment is old and rusty, the weights are all over the place not to mention that they are ripped and filled with rust and dirt. No one cleans anything and the machines need to be renewed. The gym charges prices similar to other gyms around Jeddah that are 10x cleaner and more efficient. DON’T waste your money here you will regret it instantly.

They do not follow any covid 19 protocols. The machines are filled with dry sweat because the cleaners never clean them. Even if you ask them to clean they will have some excuse about why they cant clean right now. Female side is absolutely terrible. It is the most unprofessional gym I’ve ever been to! 1- staff are hard to find, you barely find help when you need someone. And if you got lucky enough they are extremely unfriendly. Also none of the coaches i’ve seen are actually fit so it’s kinda hard for me to trust that they know what they’re doing. 2- place feels very dark and closed no sunlight in. 3- they keep canceling or switching classes literally everyday to the point that it’s important to follow them on SC to check before you go!

The decor is really old and has a stong early 2000s feel but its kinda funny to look at Other than that the coaches are amazing especially coach Yassin, who is a professional body building champion.
