I only attended Aerial Yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ classes with Maryam Binafifi, it was an incredible and amazing hour I really enjoyed the class and recommended to y’all 😍😍 ask for Maryam and try the class am sure you’ll book athor classes with her 💪🏽💪🏽.

I had a bad experience with kids swimming classes. I asked for a refund but they refused because it’s their policy regardless of customer satisfaction. Not professional and respectful policy. Customer satisfaction is not a priority at all. I would not recommend their kids swimming classes to anyone as the instructor does not know how to deal with kids. Method: let the kid cry and force them to swim! That’s the only way. My son has phobia now from swimming thanks to this place!!

Top class classes quality, community atmosphere, lovely staff. Unique for barre and ballet for all ages! Highly recommend it!

It was the worst place for children to dance they didn’t give me my ballet unform and I did 8 classes for a month they only let me do 5 they are so rude and disrespectful they are a big scam they took 1500 SR for only 8 classes they are scammers drop out your children from this dance center and find a cheeper one!

I am pleased with my experience at this place. The instructors are professional and know what they are doing. I’ve tried TRX, bungee, barre classes and they were all great. I’m surely going to renew my registration.

Am a certified Pilates instructor from Peak Pilates in US. I visited many “Pilates” studios in Jeddah. Only motion fitness studio and coach Sera understood what Pilates is, and provided safe coaching.

My daughter started here in pre primary ballet and now in RAD 1.. when she started dancing ballet, she was diagnosed with scoliosis… and now her back is straight and her last xray shows no curve anymore. She was also in swimming classes and started crying in the pool.. now she is a good swimmer… This school focuses on each kid and help them to be the best! I highly recommended!

I love motion fitness gym ..there are classes guided by a trainer and there are machines where you can have your own workout as you wish..the beautiful and rare thing is that in motion fitness there are classes for adults and kids that run at the same time, so you can workout while your kid is in her class..the place is very neat, beautiful, and cozy ..the staff are friendly and the garden is so peaceful ..there is an outdoor swimming pool too that is of nice size and is always clean …I definitely recommend this gym, one of the best in Jeddah and the adult and kids combo is a rare finding..way to go motion fitness
