A great collection of home furniture and decoration items with a variety of quality modern & contemporary furniture for living room, bedroom, dining room, outdoor and more under one roof on reasonable rates. It was a pleasure experience to return to this well establishment store in Jeddah. Best place to get high-quality home decor items. There are some discounted goods available. I'd say everything, including kitchen accessories, house hold items, is housed under one roof. Really a great place to shop or enjoy!

Great shopping place super huge. You can find many beautiful furniture. Food court is nice too.

Wish I can give no star at all, but One star for the extremely poor customer service representatives. Those ladies decided to chat while clients with tickets 🎫 are waiting. No accountability or sense of responsibility whatsoever. More than three ladies and two men chatting while customers are waiting; how unprofessional. The female employees had attitude and were on their phones while answering queries of customers. The store is so hot 🥵 AC is not working properly. How can you enjoy shopping while sweating 😓???? Business, no matter how successful, should consider customer experience and convenience. Very disappointed ☹️

Nice place and organize. The prices are reasonable. Be ready to walk a lot. Take something to eat like small snacks and water.

Great products but rates are increasing rapidly, now they add a hidden cost wihich is assembling/gathering items cost for the items that are imported as seperate parts in boxes, that means u will pay for around 15% extra for the furniture that needs to be assembled, the merry-cream taste is fabulous, as if you are eating chocolate-mo

The only IKEA in Jeddah U can find almost everything for your home furniture n fixtures n decorations stuff Prices are good The only issue with IKEA is it is a Maze once u enter into it there is no way out of it rather only one. Which will make u take the whole tour so if you want to buy some a targeted thing still u have to spend a lot time just walking n roaming I don’t know why IKeA management want to do this as this effects the customer experience big time

Had the opportunity to have breakfast at Ikea today and must say it was a nice experience. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The portions are generous and reasonably priced. The taste is very good as well. The seating area is spacious and welcoming, will definitely visit again.

All in one home furniture and accessories shopping store. It's very big, you need an hour just to walk through it. Really good value restaurant with a variety of dishes for the family to enjoy while shopping. Nice seating area. Some items are reasonably priced but some are over priced. I would recommend for so many items including alkaline batteries. Have bought so many things and still comeback every quarterly to buy more.

Its nice shopping experience, it has prayer place, baby care room too besides the rest rooms and a yummy food court too. The food would taste a lot better if they served it hot. A tasty 'cold' steak is not really tasty!

It’s a huge collections of all kind of home furnishing & interiors. Well organized. Very good atmosphere. Wide varieties of modern design home interiors. Affordable prices. Totally excellent!

Actually 3 stars is an average as they have different ratings on different levels: - 3 for the pricing as their prices has increased and is becoming expensive. And the items they usually discount are irrelevant at least for me. - 4 for in store customer service experience and ease to access department and find items - 3 for their online experience as there is always discrepancy between actual stock and website. I would always advice to go as early as the doors open to be able to finish as quick as possible, receive adequate help and avoid the crowd.

We went for the restaurant. Great choices of food. Tasty and quick. The prices are not too cheap nor too expensive. But overall everytime I eat at IKEA restaurant I am always full and satisfied with the food. The service was really good. There were available tables when I go there. I hear the breakfast could get very crowded but the food is amazing. Big portions here always. Quick bite and available parking.

Quality products, happy shopping but only problem if you enter the IKEA you have walk all through the shop. Even if you are in hurry there is no shortcut way to exit.

The food was surprisingly well cooked and was freshly cooked due to the enormous high demand. It's extremely crowded but that's good for those who demand freshly cooked food that means food is being prepared fresh to meet the demands. Overall a good eating experience however be vary as canteen can get extremely packed and busy during evenings.

Well love Chicken Dynamite, Special Thanks for Mr. Mahmood in As is section. One of the best experience I have have because of him. However customer services team as usual just doing formalities never think out of the box to help customer, same attitude no smile. I really don’t understand the process they have implemented Security Guy just standing steps away from Cashier and looking every customer despite there is no huge traffic, immediately you finish with cashier he will request you to show your invoice, it’s really embarrassing, look like you are stealing something.

Unfortunately, it was raining when i visit at their branch in tahlia street last nov. 14. I just did not expect that water is flowing from the ceiling. But overall, it was a nice experience..probably will come back

Jeddah ikea, next to Xtra. And the entrance place is good but the exit and pick up zone too small and sometimes crowded. Difficult for uber user and if you buy lots of thing. Need double the exit line, please ikea team. Overall, nice.
