Despite the positive features, there is no respect to their customers. Even if you booked with them a night or two before, they still not let you in. Wish to know why?? Disrespectful treating to customers. Hope things get improved. One of my worst experiences. The waiters were disrespectful, the food was horrible, Slow service, and when I booked the table I was told that no children are allowed so I didn’t bring any, but when i went there I was surprised that children are actually allowed!! ALSO , as I said i booked a table for two people yet they told me to sit with other people in the same table , I didn’t want to complain a lot but when I received the inedible lemon and mint juice that was it , so i did complain about it , the only response i got was “ايش اسويلك" and that is not how to response to a customer!! Oh and also , there was two categories , silver and gold for the tables , i booked the silver one but they made me take the gold one and pay more!! If you don’t have enough tables don’t accept more reservations!! نجمة وحده كثيره عليهم

The service is amazing. That’s about it honestly 😅 the shisha was very bad. The speakers were too loud it started to get annoying, and they made us pay SR50 for entrance which does include any order.

Welcoming at the start! As there are plenty of waiters they came to take the order at the start then they actually do not look at the guests afterwards. I tried to do an eyes contacts several times to order new stuff but no one actually looking. The music was very loud and I have to shout while talking! Otherwise the place a-bit of cosy.

Lounges are not my thing but Ariba is! 🥰 I mean I love the place! Starting with the food, it is so yummy. Usually lounges give priority more for the Shisha and music. But oh God I love their food! You can’t go wrong with the menu. You must try their pomegranate Mojito😍😋 The atmosphere is splendid😍 I prefer visiting during the day so I see The sun light, witness the sunset. It is also very spacious , neat and you don’t get suffocated with all the smoking. It is also family friendly and I attended couple of celebrations & they were cheerful 🥳🎉 The staff are awesome! They are the best. They are very professional, attentive and friendly. I LOVE AMAL she’s the best 😍✨ I would highly recommend the place for lunch and early dinner.

Friendly staff, perfect temperature (shielded from the heat), and extended working hours. It’s a pleasant spot on working days for just chilling (unsuitable for work due to noisy tunes and lack of privacy - tables are next to each other)

The service is the worst I have experienced EVER I came here and I only had one and half hour and made sure to tell the waiter who didn’t acknowledge me even though I was waving at him I had to get up and go to talk to him and placed my order. Even I told him that we were in rush the order didn’t come until we were about to leave it’s pathetic how this place was empty and the service was not acceptable for the ration of people working here vs how many costumers were here at the time

We ordered a shisha, a burger with fries, a harira soup, and a fettuccine Alfredo. The fettuccine was excellent, we both loved it. The hamburger was very good. Harira was above average. Shisha was good. Atmosphere was good, but could have been better. They could add outdoor seating. Ordered also pomegranate juice and carrots juice. Both were good, no added sugar.

The place is great! The vibe is wonderful! The shisha tastes good! A little bit pricey tho and you need a reservation

We went there for Ramadan breakfast. The buffet was great, and their prices were even better for their offered courses. 135 Riyals per person. However we did not like their "خروف محشي"

المكان جدا كبير و مرتب و اكلهم لذيذ And it contains more than 200 person and they have a singer to sing live music really i enjoyed there but they have only 2 restrooms for the female i wish they had more

Beautiful ambiance and beautiful views. The staff is professional and very accommodating. My server “Hassan” I don’t really remember his name lol but he was very accommodating, I ordered something off the menu and he managed to get it for me. I ordered scrambled eggs, green tea with mint and shisha. Shisha is fine wouldn’t say the greatest but the food is delicious. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet spot in the morning.

One of the worst place to have friends gathering, service are terrible, buffet are not enough for guests, even hummus in the starter is always empty, never mind the very long queue for 20-25mints to start the buffet, waiting for coffee more than 20 mint to get serve glasses for juice are not available, the only star I would give is for the atmosphere. I would not recommend the place for dinning in.

Receptionist girls are soo bad they are not accommodating us good.. She’s rude (she’s a small girl with a bit long hair) 💔 we will never go back there again…

Vibe is good Hookah isn’t that best and bit pricey 100 (if you want glass house it’s extra!) I like that music wasn’t too loud Food is expensive Pizza is good You might see a sugar daddy with young girls!

The vibes in the lounge very nice it’s friendly has music band every day at 10 PM. The price is over the atmosphere in general and surface excellent.

The food was inedible. I talked to the manager to retune the dish that i ordered coz it was disgusting not fresh, they refused to return i wast my money. I wasn’t happy with it. And it is tooo experience compare to their service. Never go back.

This is one of the best places I've went and the food is amazing the music and the service the guy who served me Wass ahmad taufig he is very nice I love the seats very comfortable and there is always a concert 2 to 4 times a week very nice service 😁

A very pleasant experience. It is on the 7th floor of the Mira Waterfront Hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and ate my evening meal on both occasions. The first night I ate my meal watching a live English premiere league match on a large screen. There were couples sat in the lounging areas eating and smoking Sheesh pipes. The food was nice, I had prawns and vegetables. The second night I sat in one of the more comfortable lounging areas, overlooking the bay and King Fahd's Fountain, a 312 meter salt water jet, the largest in the world. I had salmon and vegetables which was delicious. They have a selection of fresh juices, smoothies and fruit drinks as well as non alcoholic beverages. I went for the fresh carrot juice. And to finish off with, the date cake was delicious and and a latte. All in all, a very nice experience indeed with the waiting staff being excellent and very efficient.

The place is dead , this is honestly the best word to describe the place , and it's expensive so that's another negative point , but the design is nice , drinks were good and the staff were friendly so I will visit the place again if it's on my way and I remembered it !!! , I hope that I delivered the message clearly
