Satisfied with the quality of work. Service is by appointment only and no walk-ins. Appointments can be far though so try to book early. Service desk engineers are helpful but the process of checking in your vehicle can take time. They need to move out to a bigger lot. Overall I think they're better than other dealers. However there is room for improvement and with some minor upgrades these people can be one of the best service centres in Jeddah. خدمة جيدة ولكن زحمة المواعيد والاجراءات الورقية عند تسليم السيارة تأخذ من وقتك. الأسعار ليست مبالغة. الخدمة أفضل بالمقارنة مع شركات اخرى. المساحة ضيقة والمواقف ما تكفي.

Mazda is a very reliable car especially if you keep maintaining the car in in this dealership workshop. I have known the staff for years now. They are very friendly yet very good at what they do.

This service center improved a lot lately, there's about 5 reception engineers now so the waiting period is minimised. You just make a reservation online and you won't take more than 15 minutes to deliver your car. I tried all the reception clerks and all of them are great and cooperative to the max. I only have one suggestion for improvement that these clerks should have the authority to give some discounts on the labour and the parts in certain cases that deserves like the rest of the dealerships.

I like how well organized this place is. You make an appointment online, they'll follow up with a call and reminder for your appointment the day before. Then on the day, you confirm your appointment details, get a number, meet with their consultant, have your vehicle assessed and sent for servicing. If there are ample parking spaces outside then it'll be perfect.

Excellent location near falastine street, the guys are helpful. Well organized as you have to book an appointment ahead of time before you visit the center. I recently bought a mazda so i would be visiting that branch more often

The process was efficient and quick, it was a first maintenance, also the place is comfortable and convenient for waiting, however the payment took longer than expected.

I have been waiting for 45 min although i have an appointment!?? And after all of this waiting they said we can’t get the maintenance done today so you’ll have to come tomorrow. Awful experience.

I always do the necessary maintenance at the Mazda agency, Riyadh, and often the Badiah branch. They always treat them elegantly, and their services are professional and fast. I thank them and wish them success.
