I was only there for lunch, but it was fantastic. We were able to eat typical food. What we could see of the resort, looked very very good.

Okay, where do I start. We were looking forward to our stay in the Jericho Resort Village & were welcomed with a cold juice, which was very nice, but things went down hill after that. I understand that the hotel is run by men, so nothing is clean. And I mean nothing. The floors inside were covered rubbish, even inside the elevator. While outside was even worse. Around the pool there were lots of cigarette butts on the ground as well as plastic bottles, and some of the tiles aroundthe edge were broken & very sharp. In the dining area there was broken crockery on the floor and all the glass windows were smeared & covered in grime. At dinner the hot food was lukewarm & the wine tasted like it was corked. When I said that I couldn't drink the wine & asked to return it, the manager said i still had to pay it. The next morning we had a very early departure, so we were the first to arrive at breakfast at 7am. The hot food didn't arrive until 10 minutes past, and there was flies on it. There were also no serving spoons set out. Furthermore, our breakfast table had been set with placemats etc. but the dinning table had not been cleaned before it was set, and was still covered with food from the night before. I also found it strange that we were supplied plastic cutlery. Definitely not recommend & would never visit again.

The hotel charges the guests for water. There are no drinking water sources. The ONLY way to drink is to buy a water. And the water charge is verey expensive !!!!

Filthy hotel needs refurbishing. Very loud music around the pool not necessary. At the entrance to breakfast staff smoking absolutely disgusting and flies everywhere all over the food. Staff not friendly seemed like we were not welcome.

Great, clean, rooms with excellent facilities. The buffet and dining service were elegant and very, very, tastey. The pool and associated facilities are also excellent. Thank you

Quiet oasis of swimming pools, restaurants, bungalows and hotel rooms in the oldest continually inhabited city in the world, today the modern Palestinian city of Jericho. Situated in the lowest point on earth, the resort is the first green hotel in Palestine with a solar power supply. The world famous Dead Sea is about 5km away while the Baptism site is three km away. The lowest cable car in the world taking you to the Mount of Temptation is one km away. Enjoy this one of a kind experience!

We spent a few days in Jericho and stayed here at this resort. Very pleased stay! Rooms were quality, everything was modern, great wifi. Unfortunately too cold to go in the pool but they had a very nice outdoors area. Solid location for getting around Jericho and it's about a 1 min drive to the Palace of Hisham and a 10 min drive to the Church of Temptation. Staff was all very nice and the food they served was good as well. Overall great experience.

This was the worst hotel experience i have had. and i have had plenty! we booked a room for 3 people and arrived late. the room was small but not too small . it had nowhere to sleep 3 people. we asked for extra bed they said they can only prepare the sofa for us. that took them over 4 hours and 6 calls to reception!! the room is filthy . sheets are super dirty it had stains all over! the whole resort is not maintained. pool side looks like a warzone! and the list of bad experiences goes on and on! and its too overpriced! and far from the center! never coming back again! and i would suggest to anyone i know not to go there!

Neat, cozy place, beautifully decorated, relatively cheap price in the country, cleanliness needs improvement, the dining room serves a rich and varied breakfast, courteous and pleasant service

A quit nice resort in the City of the Moon "Jericho", surrounded by the Palestinian mountains and wrinkled hills of the Jordan valley. Nearby the Palace of the Umayyad King Hisham, where you will also find a nice Mediterranean food restaurant!

Come here if you want to pay 5 starts price and get 1 star service First of all very bad welcoming by asking me to go back for parking area to get my car no. Then, they haven't noticed my prepayment, and asked me for the whole payment again, and it get worst when I've got a old dirty room with wet floor, Suffering continued when I've asked for a bottle of water, tooth brush and tea or coffee (which are complementary even in cheap hotels) and I was told it's not provided by hotel policy, room was totally empty except of basic furniture, even no glasses. And a small advice : don't try to call room service, as they do provide nothing except cleaning which is already bad Coming to resort facilities, I don't know how it could be a resort, it's a bad managed 2 stars dirty hotel with swimming pools, all facilities need maintenance, and cleaning, pools are the only facilities you can use, which is already dirty, even kids pool is cold. It's the worst hotel experience ever, and will never ever back again, waste of money and efforts
