Mr Gabriel is great there. I met him for my band that was broken. He fixed it and replaced the item that was broken. This place is actually so awesome, I have always had satisfied services from this store. Mucha gracias, Gabriel.

This store is the perfect example of the best customer service they helped me find the watches i wanted to get and they were very very very patient with me during all of my multiple visits to the store this is the only fossil store Iam going to from now on

The staff was very polite and understanding to my issues and concerns. I had a Fossil Gen 4 and wanted to do a Trade-in. The staff was aware of the situation with the Fossil Gen 4 and provide me with a tade in offer. The place has some good collection of watchs. Currently i am very happy with my Fossil Gen 6.

Alo took care of me and helped to replace my hybrid batteries complimentarily, and then masterfully presented some of Fossil’s newest watch types which led me to multiple purchases. She answered every question I had, was genuinely happy to be present and helpful, and had phenomenal depth of knowledge.

Harold was such a sweet rep. He was patient with me as I chose a new watch since one of mines was broken, and did a quick- fantastic job replacing the batteries from my other two watches! He manager was also great and polite! Awesome service!!

Went there to change battery and watch strap. The person who was there was very helpful. They didn't have strap in stock but he helped me by guiding how to get it. Thanks a lot for the good service
