Cozy place to hangout with friends and family for dinner or drinks. They have variety of hotdogs and truffle fries were the best. Definitely try the 🪻 cocktail..it was delicious. It can get crowded in evenings so be patient to be seated. They have both indoor outdoor seating Food is decent mostly bar food. Good vibes and great ambience

I travelled to Jersey City for the first time to eat here after hearing friends recommending it and boy, they do not disappoint! The mini corn dogs and brussel sprouts were probably my favorites but the hot dog was also delicious. The chicken on the fries was juicy as well. Service was fantastic, they regularly checked up to make sure everything was okay, they were very accommodating and the food came out pretty fast. I will definitely come back here!

Came here on a Saturday night it was packed and we were seated immediately. Had great drinks (Cider and the special White Negroni). We also ordered the highly recommended Poutine with vegetarian gravy and the Mexican Corn Dogs (vegan sausage), both were really good! Our server was a lovely gentleman. Will definitely come back for the poutine and the vibe!

This place has a relaxed ambience. The waiters were nice & attentive. Food are typical bar kind. Since it’s a German bar, the bratwurst is the star. They have them in different kinds. The poutine; a mix of fries, wurst, curds and cashew was amazing. Worth a try.

Creative brat/frank/chorizo/kielbasa options. We had the Rancho Grande and Maui Bow Wowie and the uh huh honey fried chicken sandwich. Great flavors and toppings. Chicken sandwich was really juicy and crispy. Really like the rustic chill feel of the place. Friendly staff and good service.

Cozy place to hangout with friends and family. The food was absolutely delightful. Had the brotherly love poutine which can be shared between two people. The burger was also quite good! Highly recommend! Surely a go to whenever I’m in town again.

My favorite Pub in all JC. Great selection and variety of craft beers that can vary from week to week. Excellent menu of German dishes and very friendly service. The fact that it is a pet-friendly place is definitely a plus.

First time here. Burger was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! waitress was very sweet and attentive to our little requests. Not a huge alcohol selection I was told when I requested a drink. Which wasn't a deal breaker. Will definitely go back!

Big fan of this spot! Drinks are good and food is even better! They’re happy to substitute the wursts for vegan / different meats based on dietary restrictions and the food is really delicious! Been here a number of times and have never been disappointed. Love the John Popper wurst and chicken masala fries - would highly recommend to anyone hitting up this spot!

Excellent food. Probably the best lunch I've had through New York/New Jersey. Service was prompt, accommodating and pleasent. Food was hit, fresh and very very good tasting. Overall the experience was outstanding and hope to go back again.

Came for happy hour. Ordered the Mexican corn dogs, the pretzel, mac and cheese for appetizers. They were all delicious and I would recommend them. Corn dogs were fresh and tasty. Got the Haus Kielbasa for dinner, juicy sausage in a soft bun. We also ordered a poutine which was a very generous portion and very tasty. Overall a great little spot close to everything in downtown JC. Would definitely come back

The cafe has a chill vibe. I went with a friend for dinner on a Friday evening. The staff seemed to be quite busy and the service was way too slow for us to stay for any longer than the order we placed. The food was delicious though. My friend enjoyed her sandwich while I loved the hot dog I had.

Do you have a huge appetite? Split a genrous bowl of poutine or fries. Sausages made in-house. The most diverse selection of beer and cider in town. Best kept secret: fantastic Pat LaFrieda burgers and chicken sandwiches. If you have room, have some bread pudding.

Started off rocky, but I suppose it ended well…enough. A great selection of drinks with food that goes well with the bar. It was unorganized and chaotic to say the least. We waited to get seated and was seated about 5 mins later as they were busy. It took about another 25 mins before they took our drink orders, and I noticed 2 other tables that were seated after us that had their orders taken first. After all was said and done, we didn’t get our first dish until about 1 hour in. Tbh, they deserve a 2* for this but considering they were understaffed and we’re all going through a hard time, I’ve decided to erase this poor experience and rate it 4*. When we got our drinks they messed up my order but I just drank it anyway as it would had probably taken another 15 mins to get another drink. I enjoyed all the dishes we ordered, especially the Buffalo poutine. The wurst were unique and filling. I thought about ordering two dogs but glad I only ordered one as the bread is quite large and will fill you up. When we did interact with the staff, they were pleasant and professional. A good amount of space inside with a few communal tables. Great decor.

I like this place! The place was very clean and inviting. Our server named Matty was so much fun to have. She recommended some great choices and we had lots of laughs. The food was amazing! I have never seen a bowl of fries that big! They were so good! I am definitely going back! I gotta try the rest!

This place is my fave. Hands down, best everything. They go above and beyond- food is great. I always take out of town visitors and they love it. Fries are the best in town. Staff works really hard to make sure your experience is a good one. And great vibes at the bar.

We came in for beer and a quick bite to eat. I loved that there were happy hour specials. House kielbasa and a beer. It was delicious, can't beat that. Excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. There was an artist charm here right down to the bathrooms.

This is the best happy hour deal in Jersey City. Beer and a fully loaded polish kielbasa with home made sour krait and other fixings for just $10. $5 beers wines and other drinks and $5 poutine. It’s 2010 prices with 100% of the quality.

Absurdly delicious! Nice vibes, staff is actual cool people, don’t think about it, just go now! Lol their truffle fries and uh huh honey sandwich are out of this planet

Best sausages ever, amazing vegan options. They have every beer and cider you can dream of. Definitely order two sausages though because you’ll eat it in 3 seconds

Laid back atmosphere & flavorful fusion menu! We had the Norcal & Seoul rebel wursts, uh huh honey chicken sandwich, fries with gochujong ginger aioli & mojo mayo and a couple drinks -- and I would recommend all of it! Norcal was like a smoked, juicy wurst and a summer salad had a baby. Seoul rebel was GOOD! Íf you like Korean cuisine/ flavors , you will definitely enjoy ** as well as the gochujong ginger aioli. The mojo mayo totally had me imagining how good it would be on a fish sandwich-- its creamy, bright and herbaceous. The chicken sandwich was good. The breading could've been less greasy hence the 4.5 vs 5. Nonetheless a tasty, hefty chicken sandwich. Definitely coming back for the outdoor seating and trying the rest of the menu!

Came here on a Sunday early afternoon with my family and a couple of friends. It’s definitely kid friendly. The NorCal is really good especially if you love goat cheese.. and if you like lychee martinis, order the Bangkok Daisy. It’s perfect, light, but strong. Tried some of my friend’s poutine and it was savory and definitely a big portion! Highly recommend coming here if you’re ever in the area.

The cider and fries and burgers here are great! Sometimes the fries are overdone and are too crispy but overall a great place! The mac and cheese and chicken fries are 💯

No sports on any televisions. They were all turned off. Amazing ales, Yankee and European, with great wurst dogs and delicious capped fries. What takes it to another level is the brilliant service. A Brilliant Bar.

They are known for their very unique Sausages and Dogs that are actually awesome!! However, do not miss out their fried chicken sandwiches!! They are definitely worth the money and so so tasty! One of the places I want to try every single item on the menu!

An awesome, relaxed bar vibe. Great food, great beer and cocktail choices. We had the loaded fries, chicken sandwich, and a bratwurst. The food was excellent, and plenty flavorful. Prices seemed in line with Jersey city. A great place for you and a friend or two to get some food and drink.

This place was sooo amazing! All of the food was delicious and I loved that they had vegetarian/vegan options. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. I am so glad we stumbled upon this place.

Good food. Husband got the Rancho Grande Wurst and Haus Poutine and we split a pretzel. I got a salad which was boring but that's my own fault (only complaint, there were almost more croutons than kale). Cool vibe both inside and outside for seating.

Wow what an amazing establishment. If you’re in the downtown area of jersey city, you definitely should check this restaurant out. The chef there is one of a kind and delivers such great hospitality and dishes that will rock your taste buds. I went for the Puerto Rican specials they have each week and I can say these are by far the best PR dishes I’ve ever encountered. When you try one, you’ll want to try all! There are also many other foods to try as well as drinks to go along with it. Underrated!
