Came into this store a few days after reopening due to COVID-19 (July 6 at 12:47pm), waited on-line for about 20 minutes to get into the store, while waiting I had the chance to browse through the glass walls to check out what they had and once I was able to enter I grabbed the shoe I wanted, walked to the sales associate OR manager (JOSE) to confirm if they had my size available and he puts his finger in the air and say's "You have to wait!" with an aggressive tone which was extremely disrespectful when I did not even speak to say anything yet. Completely in distraught I just put the shoe down, asked the associate at the door for his name and left. Jose is not suitable to work in these conditions as maximum capacity was much less than what it would be on average due to the safety of themselves & others!

Collections were gud but staffs were very lazy . Billing took 25 mins for us the store had full staff close to 10 to 13 crew on the floor but they had only 1staff at the billing counter.. only after complaining to the staff they decided to open the second counter .. They were simply talking to eachother without understanding the value of customer time getting wasted

On entering the store, we were not greeted by the staff. We started looking for the shoe we need and when we asked for our size, the staff was very prompt to bring the size and patient to bring more and more for our trial. No help to put the shoes on or to advise the customer of the write size. The store always run the scheme "buy another pair for 50%" and the staff promptly informs you of the scheme. This really is a marketing strategy making you buy another pair which you may not need. Wide selection option. Overall experience was good.

I’ve been a Sketcher’s customer for many years and have bought over dozen shoes from different outlets acros US. However, recently I bought hiking shoes from Newport Mall JC outlet for approx $100 from the store. My shoe size is 7.5W. But the hiking shoes of size 8 fit better because of wide feet (they didn’t have any hiking shoes for wide feet) until I wore it for couple of hours on a hike in Maine where it started slipping off and hurting me on the toe which led to an uncomfortable experience. Now when I wanted to return, the staff outright denied it. The shoes are in great condition. They neither did return nor exchange or not even store credits. I could have bought same shoes from Amazon for $40 cheap and still be able to return. These shoes are useless to me. I’ve been a loyal customer but this time I’m extremely disappointed

Friday 730 pm - One person works here but there are 10 customers waiting.... and they wont have your size in the color you want.

The young lady who work there was very helpful and patient. She made sure that my girls had what they needed and were comfortable in their shoes. Love this Store!!!

Came to Newport Mall today with my dad to buy him some shoes from his favorite store (sketchers) The store is suppose to open at 12p but the lights were still off. The opening manager arrived at 12:07p and took another 10-15 mins to setup and open the store to the public. In retail, stores need to open at the indicated time. The person responsible for opening this store today is clearly irresponsible and should not be entrusted to open the store. I have other sketcher stores a bit further from me and will be visiting those next time.

Such great convenient service for a very small need. I had pair of sneakers that we’re uncomfortable and didn’t fit that I recently ordered. I was able to exchange them for a better pair that I wanted that fit way better and I was very satisfied with the store and Jose’s customer service I couldn’t be more happier with my new pair of sneakers.

I love going to that post office the lady who's there during the week and the weekends she's a great person she helps you while you need help

Large selection of shoes boots and sneakers. Decent quality and value. Most of the time my wife and I shop and take advantage of the buy one get 50 percent off your second pair sale that is usually available.

Wouldnt rate this establishment anything but what i gave it overall staff is extremely friendly. When speaking with the owner u can see his motives and passion for the field of work. Competing stores in the area lack one this that this one does not which is customer service. Being treated correctly is sometimes better than a steal

The associates were extremely helpful from the moment I walked in, however they gave me my space as well

The only thing I don't like about going to the store is they don't have my size,I had to order online
