The man who owns or operates this store is an absolute monster of a human. I was a solo customer shopping here and was looking through a few tall racks of dresses when I heard him absolutely berating his young female employee for 10+ minutes. He was clearly under the influence of something or needs to be seen by a doctor. I finally walked into his sight and he said “I didn’t see you behind the rack and I thought no one was around”. I replied saying he should absolutely reconsider the way he speaks to his employees. The words he was using and the way he was belittling her were completely unacceptable. His response? “I’m her boss and I thought we were in private. I can talk to her how I want.”.. Mall security has been notified. No young female should be working or shopping in this store alone with this man. A few more instances happened during my time in the store - will leave it at that.

Worst customer service of all time. Tried to return a dress I was looking for a card to be able to return it. Never got to finish a sentence. Got yelled at for not checking the date so they can find it in their old system. Never will go back here. Will try my best to get this place out of business. They made mistakes on their receipt but I got yelled at.

My experience was very bad. I will not recommend this place. I bought a dress for my graduation and I also wanted to get it altered. The lady who attended me assure me that I will get my dress ready the day before my graduation. Not only were they not able to keep up to their word I was not even notified that my dress wont be ready in time. 2 days before my event I called them to check but they told me that they will check and call me back. I didn't receive any call. Next day( a day before event ) once again I had to call them and they told me that the dress will not be ready. On top of that when I went to pick up the dress that I didn't even wear for my graduation they asked 40$ in cash for simple alteration of the dress. The point is they should have mentioned at that time that it is going to be this much. So, overall for me this was a very very bad experience and I am not going to buy anything from here.

Today, July 1st, my mother and my aunt were HUMILIATED! Humiliated! Humiliated by the owner of the store! Here is what happened. Both of them entered the store before going to work, in WORKING CLOTHES, and went to the fitting room to try the dress. They were there to buy a dress. They tried it on and on the way out of the fitting room he started to yell at them, YELLING, shouting uncontrollably that they were supposed to put the dresses on the hangers. My mother explained that the dresses that were outside of the store were not tried on by them and the dresses they tried were on the hangers. The dresses outside of the fitting room was from the customers who left before. He did not listen, kept shouting until his brother came and asked him to stop and was excusing his brother’s attitude. Embarrassed, humiliated and ashamed of the situation they went and bought the dress and my mother mentioned that he was extremely rude to them his answer was “I already said sorry you don’t have to shop in my store”. Why is that? Because they are imigrante, woman or because they don’t speak English appropriately? I feel for my mother… because she is feeling humiliated. I will look for our rights… I will look for the authorities. Please… as a woman, immigrant or not… do not go to this place! As a proof of what I am saying you can look at the other reviews and they all say the same about the attitude of the owner.

For an establishment that showcases such beautiful, high end dresses I would expect customer service to match. I had to walk around looking for someone who worked there and what I found was appalling to say the least. Dressed not to impress in a beanie hat and looking unkempt, I was met with an attitude that made me drop the dress I was looking at and walk out. Maybe a crash course in customer service and etiquette might help. I'll spend my money elsewhere. I visited on on 11/16/19 some time between 6-8pm.

Asian manager is unbelievably RACIST and bigoted towards African-Americans. There is a difference in how she customer services non black customers versus the lack of customer service towards blacks. She speaks to her employees (who are African-American) in an incredibly demeaning tone as well as disrespectfully. Still shocked at what I witnessed and how evil she was to a gorgeous black employee; she spoke to her as if she wasn’t human. Nothing that girl did warrants that level of disrespect and hate. Definitely won’t be supporting this business.

Found myself looking for a dress for my birthday and walked into this shop. Massive selection of dresses for events ranging from prom to just a casual picnic and super reasonable prices. However nothing beats the customer service. The dress I purchased ended up having a small flaw and I took it back to have it exchanged and in turn the representative offered to hand stitch the flaw immediately. I truly didn't expect that but unbelievably grateful. This place is dope af! Thank you ladies for the great conversation 😌

I tried on a dress that was perfect for the event I needed it for, but my size was not in stock. Emily was wonderfully helpful from start to finish, she found my size at another store and arranged to have it sent to this store. She gave wonderfully personal service and was kind and helpful on both of my visits.

If the associate was more interested in helping me pick out a dress and my size than her cell phone than maybe I would’ve purchased a dress a liked because I would have had assistance.

I went there looking for a dress for my daughter's prom and I was satisfied with the selection the store offered. The woman who was attending to me was extremely helpful to me and my daughter on helping up come to a decision on what would be the best dress for my daughter's first prom

My sister and I went in looking for the perfect sweet 16 dress for her up and coming birthday and upon entering we were immediately greeted and offered help by the young lady with colored hair. She took us around to look at the variety , made recommendations and even asked about the theme of the party so that she could better assist us to find the perfect dress. My sister was able to find a dress she absolutely adores thanks to the great service provided by the associate.

I bought a dress from there $165 and I found it in another store $70 I tried to return or even change it or take credit they refused

Used to shop in this location when they were on Fulton Street in Brooklyn and was sad when they closed down. Because I’ve gotten some nice dresses from here in the past I was willing to make the trek to NJ to purchase a dress for an upcoming event however based on these reviews and the responses by the owner/manager (definitely not the same person from the Brooklyn store) I’ve changed my mind. He’s clearly very obnoxious and rude and for that reason I will not support this business
