Great designs but horrible customer service. Sent two items back by mail that didn't fit and it's been over 5 months and I no refund despite repetitive emails. I loved their stuff but I wouldn't shop there again because they never refund you on stuff you buy!! So be careful when you're shopping online with them!

Amazing collection but pricy

I was there today. I love the store and prices but I felt like in slow motion movie.. one girl was probably new- she said ‚next in line’ I came closer then she went to another registration ignoring me. Both ladies started doing something on the one regestration. when I asked to cash me out the one lady said that she is a manager and she is helping her out. In the mid Time the New lady went to Open the fitting room like she went for the walk. Line was so long, but ladies were soooo slow like on purpose. Finally Then manager cashed me out in VERY rude way. Horrible service. I was about leaving the thing I was going to buy...

Affordable and trending clothing. My clothing store of choice. There is always great deals like 2 for $10, 2 for $6 etc. From sunglasses, makeup, jewelery, to shoes. Charlotte Russe has you covered for every occasion!

Second time I buy a pair of shoes and inside the box is a totally different size then the one I asked for and the size on the box. This shoe goes through two people before it’s paid for and out the store and none of the employees noticed. Maybe they should stop talking for a little bit and pay attention to their customers and service them the proper way. The worst!!!!!

It was my first time shopping with Charlotte Russe. I went to return an item bought on sale not clearance (within 14 day) but was told by store staff, sale items can only be exchanged. Staff wasn’t helpful in finding a larger size or a similar top.

Don't get me wrong the place is nice but the customer service is horrible. I was there a few Hours ago to return an item that I bought online and the cashier was giving me an attitude, looking at me in a bad way and I think the manager was there also with a face. After I made the ruturn I politely ask her is there was anything on sale and she look at me like She didn't know anything after a few she answer me. Then i when to pay what i purchase and she wasn't on register and she got mad because her manager call her.

Horrible customer service!!! I went there on Black Friday and was standing in line to pay my bill. Got a whole lecture by a 'sales associate' about how the line starts exactly at the point it said 'line starts here' and how if we stood a couple of steps ahead of that, the checkout person would actually ignore you and entertain the next person in line. Extremely rude! I just walked out!

I drove an hour to this particular Charlotte Russe in jersey city today and got there 17 minutes before closing time…two teenage girls couldn’t wait to go Home for the night! Not fair! By far the worst Charlotte Russe I’ve ever been to.😞

I love shopping at this location it's always clean and in Oder. However I believe I was being racially profiled by a black older woman she literally followed me and asked my every move but "only me!!no one else in the store.. how embarrassing is that and uncomfortable..
