All was good, the hotel is in a good location that is very accessible, the room was pretty big and, clean and nice. the self check in and out were easy. The only downside is that the bed wasn't that comfortable for us bit it might be only us.

The good stuff: 1. Check-in was hassle free 2. Host was very responsive, even for late night messages (thanks!) 3. Room was spacious with great natural light from the big windows 4. Great location The bad basic stuff (hence the low score): 1. Some basic toiletries are not available (no toothbrush / tooth paste - bring your own) 2. The room is not sound proof. The loud music and people from bars downstairs pierced through the windows and walls. We couldn’t sleep well in this hotel. 3. The clothes iron and ironing board were not of best quality. 4. The shower heater didn’t work for one night.

I stayed here for 5 days. My stay was great. The room has everything I needed for an extended stay. The owner, Olga, is very responsive to concerns regarding the room and the cleaning staff was extremely thorough and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place. Perfect location in the center. Rooms are spotlessly clean and new. Big window with lots of natural light ( also dark curtain s). Soap and shampoo, small kitchenette (not for cooking, just fridge and microwave). The only thing is that the shower is not sealed so well so water are leaking out. Just outside the hotel there's a great place to have breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Beautiful new rooms and great prices. Great location close to the old city and Yaffo street where many commerce and restaurants are. The shower should have better lights.

We spent the weekend at the hotel, from the first contact with the hotel, everything went smoothly, when we arrived to the hotel we got the room befor the promised time. The room is excellent and very comfortable very clean as expected.

We stayed for two nights at Apartique Hotel. The check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. The room was very comfortable and a convenient distance from both Jaffa Gate and New Gate. Our room was cleaned after the first night. The kitchenette was in great shape and the shower was a pleasure to use. Despite being next to the lift, there was no sound. We asked to leave our luggage after check-out and were given an access code to store our belongings. The staff were courteous and responsive even though there is no reception desk on premise. Would definitely recommend to any traveler!

Good location. The air conditioner doesn’t work at night, making windowless rooms quite stuffy.

Location...Location....Location... The location of this hotel can't be beat, it's 7 mim walk from old city, 5 min walk from Mamilla Mall, 5 min from Ben Yehuda, 15 min from shuk... you are in middle of everything. I would say this is mix of AirBnB and hotel. All communication is done via WhatsApp, the staff is readily answers your questions. Cleaning is done daily but there is no reception or help desk person in the 'hotel'. Everything is done electronically, from check-in to payment and etc. Rooms are size of a small hotel room and it has the usual amenities of hotel. As you are in middle of everything, don't be surprised if during the night you will have noises from the street

Despite not being a traditional hotel with a full lobby or onsite concierge, Apartique was a wonderful place to stay. It is spacious, reasonably priced, clean, safe, beautiful, and centrally located. The concierge via WhatsApp was prompt, helpful, and accommodating. We had a 2-person comfort room, deluxe comfort rooms, and a suite. They were all great rooms and much more value for our money than other options.
