The evening staff is disgusting. I left my black canister with my medication in the fridge and the person who cleaned my room either threw it away or kept it. The canister was a yeti to keep my medication refrigerated. They did the bare minimal to find it and lied to my face to blame it on me. While the whole day I left my bag in the hotel office. While their lost and found is comprised of shoes and swimming attire. I find it hard to believe that they would even consider taking the canister and intentionally throwing out my medication. Also because of my unique circumstance during checking in they doubled my prices. Terrible terrible terrible service. Great environment but their personality amongst the staff is disgusting.

The rooms are good for the price, but most of the guests are very noisy, and sound isolation is very minimal. Also keep in mind that reception is not open during nighttime.

Another bad point: the service was non-existent. No towels, no soap, I had to go down to the reception to ask for one. One correction regarding the Free parking mentioned on the page: only a dozen spaces are available so try to get there in the middle of the day after the rooms are checked out and before the new guests arrive. Still, I was lucky enough to get the last one. Bottom line: Yes the location is quite good and the breakfast satisfying, but for the price paid (125$ for one guest) you might find many more better options in the center of the city.

I’ve recently stayed at this hotel on my MYC Israel discovery trip and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Best Location. Amazing food. Comfortable beds. There’s even some nice balconies and great areas to chill. Highly recommended.

I stayed here with a tour group called MYC and had one of the best hotel experiences of my life. The sheets were well put onto the beds and we received new towels every day to keep us hygienic and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed our meals in the dining hall, some of them rivaling the cuisine of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The hallways were also very quiet at night allowing for optimal quality sleep for a fun packed day in Jerusalem! Next time im in Jerusalem I will be sure to book here.

I am a member of the MYC tour from America — we stayed here for 4 nights, and the experience was magnificent. The location was incredible, as it was a walking distance from the Kotel. The staff was very kind, the food was great, and the premises was secure. I enjoyed my stay here, and I highly recommend ANA Agron to anyone who visits Jerusalem.

The location was probably the best out of any other hotel I’ve ever been at, being close to the kotel. I came with the MYC group, and the service for us and the rooms were amazing, and were cleaned every day. The food at the hotel was also very good.
