Advantages: Good courteous service, tasty sandwiches, quality raw materials. Comfortable and spacious seating areas. Disadvantages: The price is expensive compared to the size of the sandwich and with the addition of meat or chips, the price is not worth it. The restaurant is not always clean (tables and chairs) and more than once flies flew the seats and tables

I decided to order from New Delhi after lots of recommendations from my coworkers. We ordered online. Order was ready for pickup in less than ten minutes. Very simple process. I got a schnitzel sandwich in a whole wheat bun. 25nis. Was surprised by how good it was. Vegetables tasted fresh. Schnitzel was hot and crispy with a juicy interior. We got some sauces on the side. Would have given a perfect score out there would’ve been more sauces in the sandwich itself. Can’t testify to the cleanliness of location because I had to stay with our work vehicle. New Deli is one of the best sandwiches in Israel and I always have to double chicken marinated . Service is usually really fast here and they always get your sandwich really accurate . Although I once asked for double chicken not to be in the bread and just simply put in the bowl because I was on a keto diet and they refused to do it for me . I guess it makes sense since they have to follow protocol and not change anything on the menu . Funny enough I never tried anything else on the menu assembly only have the marinated chicken with fries and put a bunch of sweet chili all over both sides and sandwich .

Foods ok, prices are basically low cost. Plenty of sandwich options. Some salads, some wings , some sides. Three digital ordering menus on-site. Fast service. Plenty of seating indoors

I often take my lunch break here. The employees know me by name (at least the staff that has a shift at my break time). The chain has implemented some changes to make people order via app or touchscreen. This has really streamlined the whole process. And I for one, appreciate not being forced into making any decisions with a line of impatient diners behind me. The food is great for the price. It's no wonder they are appear to be quite successful in their niche.

The New Deli on Hillel is really good, much better than the others. It's clean, the service is good, and the food is good. Think Subway but with the feel of a good Burger King or McDonald's. I've had bad experiences at other branches of New Deli: horrible service at the Ben Yehudah branch (I will NEVER go back there again) and burnt chicken and skimping on salad ingredients at the branch on Jaffa Road. The New Deli on Hillel--which is the original branch--is just right, especially since it's been completely renovated. Best fast food in center city. It even has vegan and gluten-free options. Most recommended: the Philly steak sandwich and the chicken salad (at the lower section of the menu). The sloppy Joe is also pretty good. Enjoy!

If you are gluten intolerant Karma this is absolutely a great place because they have the entire menu available on gluten free bread. I always feel liberated when I go there because it is the only place where I can look at the entire menu and have the ability to order anything on it. I wish more restaurants and valleys with do the same.

Love the food. Love sitting outside and chillin and watching the people walking by and the train driving by. Great vibes.

New Deli hillet street. Jérusalem 25 shekles a salt beef (pasterami) on wheat bread with trimmings. Delicious open from 10am until late. We arrived at our hôtel after 10pm and fell upon this restaurant à few minutes from Harmony Hôtel. It must be good as so many delivery guys were waiting for the orders to be ready. Si good we took two for the snack whilst traveling to airport at Tel Aviv.

Good food, lots of foid chices kind of build your own sandwitch, place is clean decent service. Downside - commercial food, weird vibe to the place. To sum it up, good place for on the go food, not so good for a place to relax and chill.
