Had an experience. They call international hotel what a joke! better to call it bar and restaurant. Rooms are clean. Price is catastrophic one. Too much oil food and high price as well. Waiters are attentive. No space for vehicles. No amenities in the compound. But it's new hotel its area. At the night time a little bit loudy music in the compound. No elevator. Wifi is available in the cafe ( Ethiopian standard ). ATM machine isn't available.

This hotel is relatively new - opened I think in early 2016. I personally did not stay here, but many of my colleagues and friends stayed. I go there to meet with people. It is one of the best in local standards. I heard prices of rooms are higher than normal hotels in Jigjiga.

Although breakfast is included, you don’t have that much options (about three) to choose from. Most of the staff seem closed off and not friendly for some reason except for the owner. The blanket, bed sheets and pillow cases are not changed at all. I also have my doubts if they change the towel everyday (maybe every 3 or 4 days). You wait for days to get something repaired in your room or for something you asked for to get to you. Also, there is no elevator. I definitely don't recommend this hotel to anyone!

If you are in jijiga this is the best place to stay. It's a bit pricy compared to the other hotels and that's because the only one you can that serves alcohol. The rooms are decent but the food mediocre.

Within Jigjiga, you wont get anything better, at least for now. There are other upcoming hotels but until then, ZM is the best. Its on a squeezed land without ample parking.

Zm is a hotel where you can find everything that life needs

The restaurant has good variety of food and drinks. A lot of expats meet her for lunch or dinner. Quality of food varies greatly from one dish to the other. Pizza was good but burger not as much.

Don't drink water from the tap, and make sure to carry your own towel. Friendly bar man who has some knowledge of English who is very useful when ordering dinner.

Clean and friendly staff.

We went to ZM Hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was quite okay, they also provide vegan options (e.g. vegetable pizza without cheese, rice with vegetables). Friendly staff.

The receptionists were kind and friendly. Rooms are wide but the bed is uncomfortable. Three options for breakfast which they won’t even bring you how you ordered it. I asked for a rare egg and brought me a burnt one. When I asked them they told me they cook it with a group and they can’t do anything. They were not even sorry

I like to hung out little bit since l live cross of it,but that are close so early. I wish they would open until midnight .
