Novotel is a good hotel. The rooms are spacious for 2 people and the bed is really comfortable. One of the best beds I ever laid. The staffs are accommodating especially in the restaurant. The only thing that is not good abt the place is that they don't have facilities like swimming for females. The pool is exclusive for males and children only.

Visited Jazan and stayed at Novotel on a business trip for a couple of nights POSITIVES (+) Location is immaculate, facing the sea and near the corniche park. Other commercial and government facilities are within a 10 mins drive (+) Hotel is modern and artistically designed keeping practical & new age needs in mind. Rooms are equipped with all required amenities with touch enabled panels to close off lights, room cleaning, illumination etc. (+) Rooms are top notch clean and well spaced out. I got the city / pool facing view which was well lit and had good enough space of mobility (+) breakfast at the hotel is at Amouj restaurant which has a range of English and intercontinental breakfast menus. Clean, spaced out with a well supported staff who is always available for your help (+) special thanks to Amouj team member (Reydan and the night manager) who provided me a takeaway breakfast as I had to check out at 5 am on the last night. The favor was granted and they went over and above to provide all food options NEGATIVES (-) Spa at the hotel is poorly managed with untidy facilities. The leather spa table for massage is torn in many parts with dirty outlook making customers feel bad for choosing the place. The massuer, Gen, is very good and supportive though as he goes out of the way to ensure customers get the most out of the place. Hotel management should at once look into renovating the spa as it is in really bad shape (-) Walkabaility: another downside is that no restaurants or eating facilities are at walking distance. Without taxi or uber/careem available in Jazan city, it gets tricky to get your dinner from outside the hotel (-) signs and boards are missing from the hotel. I had no idea where the pool or spa or business center was. Since there are two lifts in the building approaching to Rooms and other facilities, it is difficult for a new customer to find the places with ease (-) Front desk staff needs improvement in attending guests. During busy hours (noon and evenings), there was only one person attending to multiple guests without quickness that was required. I had to wait for 10-15 mins each time and then left the reception without a solution VERIDCT Overall a family friendly place with nicely built infrastructure and exquisite location.. improvements needed in human resources and select sections only Overall Recommended 7.5 / 10

Great Hotel. Actually one of the best in Gizan city. Always clean and smell good, staff friendly and supportive (most of the time). Food is great but a few observations regarding the breakfast: 1. Pancakes shall be made upon request because if you make it and leave it the eggs will smell. 2. The variety of the breakfast will need some improvement. Overall is highly recommend.

It was nice experience, during the stay in Novotel. Staffs are very good and polite in dealing thier customers.

Dinner served are awesome and the staffs is absolutely helpful. Ali is very humble at reception. Raju had managed our dinners with easy and comfort.

We came here as new married couple, the first suit had a leakage in the roof of the inside bathroom, we moved to another suit but it was smelly so they moved us to a third suit which is really nice and we liked it (it was at the 8th floor) The prices are good but a little bit expensive

The place was amazing the service, and food was good and the reception staff were so sweet and helpful, and the view from the room at night was magical.

First of all i would like to thank miss Nouf for her professionalism in the restaurant. She explains to me in full details about the breakfast so I went with her recommendation. I had the best breakfast in Jazan.

The reception staff of the hotel are professional and very gentle and they treated us with great respect. The room space is big and the sofa is very comfy. However, the sea view is fantastic and the car park is very practical. But the room carpet is not clean and the bedroom smells bad. The music little bit loud.

Everything is amazing, clean and really amazing location. We have a great chance to eat at the seafood restaurant in the hotel. Really delicious and really good customer service. Huge thanks to Mr.Ahmed in the restaurant for the kind service

If your visiting Jizan/ Jazan better stay in Novotel. The only thing they missed is the sauna. And pool should open earlier than 9am. Aside from that everything is wonderful. Thank you for the great service 👌

The food in the buffet was Amazing ! Amazing doesn’t even describe the tastes of everything! The chef and the restaurant manager mr. Ali were very kind and welcoming and made sure I get everything I need. After a long day of work, this meal is what everyone should have !

What a 3 days I enjoyed with sea view panorama , room services , house keeping , Mr.Tamer Gerges and M.Mahmoud Helmy welcoming every time I visit the hotel , the sea food restaurant is excellent by all means , I really excited to visit Novotel Jazan every week .. only 1 thing we need to discuss which is the varieties of food in the main restaurant.

It was amazing experience with sea view room and the front desk man Abdullrahman also the staff in the restaurant including Shareef. The breakfast was so good and the room service as well it’s not my first time since 2019 I’m their loyal customer. Thanks all

Had so much fun joining an event for Filipino Community in Jizan last thursday night. The food is great and so grateful to Mr. Melvin Cortez for the warm accommodation. Can’t wait to be back for some buffet breakfast and dinner. So thankful for the experience.

Stayed in different rooms and they're quite ok. Nice thing is that minibar items, water and coffee are free. Downside is though that the water pressure is very low, so showering is more like catching water. The restaurant is boring, but the buffet downstairs is really good, tasty food and nice variety.

This is an excellent hotel worth every penny, comfy and spacious rooms, spa, pool, hookah, beach view, halls, basement parking and buffet services. Excellent for business trips and tourist visits. Very well maintained with cleanliness and hygiene.
