The beach nearby is rotten and full of mosquitoes. Carpet is so dirty, reception didn't respond and never changed the dirty room, 3 stars for the swimming pool if you have kids they will like it

The hotel is the best in jizan ; thanks to Mr.isam and hussein for their good PR. The only problem is the swimming pool is dedicated only for kids.

The location is excellent with spacious parking and outdoor environment. However the swimming pool was out of service. The ambience is below par for the price. The carpets are dated.

Radisson Blue Resort in Jiazan is a great 4 star place to stay with family. I stayed with my family over the last weekend and this is the third time we stayed there. Great location. Very cozy and quiet spacious rooms and fantastic restaurant. Friendly reception and rest of the staff. Neat and clean rooms and surroundings. Highly recommended place to stay in Jizan

They are too late in service and delivery. I paid then ordered and got my order after one hour and twenty minutes. According to my experience, every waiter is polite but gives you nothing. Unfortunately, it is a bad experience.

Nice resort, very quiet. Spacious rooms. Both breakfast- en dinnerbuffet are great. One thing: I don't understand why it's 'eco-certified' than you shouldn't use plastic cups at the buffet for example.

Regarding the location of the hotel, it's not the best one. I mean this section of the beach.

Not the right hotel for me, but that's my fault. It's a family friendly place, full of kids going around in all the areas of the hotel. The hotel is becoming old and in need of some care. Location is Ok for the city even if everything around is in works and renovations. On the bad side, no travel tours arrangements at the hotel and not even calling a Taxi for the airport was told to use Uber.

The hotel is located near Jazan Corniche. If you love walking outdoors, this will be perfect for you. They have a large swimming pool with integrated kids pool on the side. They have as well an indoor gym with separate rooms for men and women. The Hotel Front Desk Staff, Haya & Ahmed provides the best customer service experience. They are very accommodating and so willing to help in my queries and concerns. I have stayed in this hotel many times and will always come back here if there’s an opportunity.

Nice Hotel at good location, well maintained with excellent staff

My visit here was just to go sit out and enjoy the views outside, turned out to be worth it, very nice landscaping, I particularly like the sea view and the wide area to walk around in.

I spent a very nice day at piscine and at restaurant, with my friends.Towells, toilets and food , everything was kindly and very nice.

Rooms, service, and location were perfect.Resturant needs to improve dinner platter options. Dinner Buffet was good

found orange and pink stains in both of my rooms, room service said they will clean ohr rooms, we even tapped the button beside our beds but no one came very disappointing and im dissatisfied worst hotel i’ve ever been to.

We had been on the hotel as a group of 12 persons , it was the first time there , The swimming pool erea was outstanding erea , all the employes were professionals , MR. ARBAB and MR.HAMZA were very helpfull , the hotel is nice for the familys , there some remarks on the breakfast it need improvment .

From the moment we arrived we got awestruck by the ambience of the resort. we were greeted with a warm welcome and introduced to several staff within the resort. From then onwards the experience of our visit just got better and better. all the inclusive food was amazing and they provided us with an extensive choice of deserts and non alcoholic beverages. I specifically say thanks to Mr Sharfuddin head chef who provided us delicious food. I also extend my thanks to FNB team sales team (Mr Arbab Sales Manager ) and other hotel staffs.

It was a well-arranged and organized get-together. Every thing was perfect. The ambience of the venue, the hospitality and generosity was top-notch. Thank you so much for arranging such a great meet up.

We enjoyed our stay here with kids. The room was spacious and excellent. The view from room was awesome! The chef was very courteous and served us what we needed specially for our kids. The chicken gravy with chick peas was truly a delicacy. They have a good cuisine and food is good.. The cafe guys (Suhail/ Bahurudeen) were very helpful, kind with pleasing manners. Big swimming pool is under renovation, dint bother us much. The only setback is that the beach is accessible but you cannot get to the water. The beach is secured by breakwaters. The GM had offered to find out the nearest beach for our kids to play but we were too tired to go. Maybe next time. This place is definitely recommended, just go n unwind!

This place is good for weekend relaxation at its pool-garden area. I really enjoyed my time. I paid 60 SAR per adult which can be used for food and drinks. Their Arabic coffee is unbelievably bad. I can give this place more stars, but because I came for the first time for food, therefore, I do not recommend this place for at least drinks. Thank you

Nice place , however, the outside tables are bot clean after customers. The grounds are not kept. Also outside was not clean there were napkins on the ground, cigarette butter, and plastic utensils. A great place but it is not taken care of properly The front desk staff were friendly and great. Coffee staff need more training. Breakfast was good, but was not kept. Things were running out like milk and coffee. I had to look for someone to come and refill. Just need more attention to details. Otherwise, the rooms were nice. The beach and the pools were not in the greatest shapes. The pools were not so bad. But the beach was dirty with garbage all over.
