I’m giving it 5 star for the hospitality and very friendly staff. I ordered some food in the restaurant and unfortunately there was no English version of the menu and the gentleman took time to explain all they offer in the menu. This time will keep on coming back here for every business travel in Jizan and the price is fair for a clean and comfortable room.

They have an issue with ventilation, I could smell the cigarets in the AC( I’m not smoker) , was not able to sleep , it’s not as clean as it looks

it was the worst experience, the room smell is very bad with humidity smell, also the facilities is not as mentioned and when i asked the the room service he ignore to bring anything before he get inside the room and check if i am lying, also in the bath room the water leak out of shower box. also during the check in she told me, my room is not ready and and the will give me VIP room and it was low class room. i will not stay there again.

Good hotel clean hotel nice staff

I visited their restaurant for Sahoor (dinner) and was not bad. Food was not enough diverges but it was species and in-general was tasty. They have a good Saudi coffee.

Good option to stay in Jizan

Spacious room & reception officials are also very nice.

I stayed at the Jazan Inn hotel in Jan 2017 for 7 days. The Hotel is clean overall. Initially I was put up in a "shoe box" sized room, without a window. This was changed to a medium sized room immediately on my request. This Room and bathroom were noted to be very clean and tidy. Most importantly the staff was found to be pleasant and ever willing to assist. Notably, I found Mr Anith and Mr Musaab at the Reception very co-operative and customer friendly. The supervisor of the cleaning Team Mr Hussain was keen to ensure that the room was well kept and enquired with me every two days. Lobby and dining saloon were satisfactory. However , at times the two TV sets in Lobby were set at an uncomfortable volume level. This was lowered when requested. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory taking into account the culture and food type of the country. Dinner was okay, taste of the food was very average, but all this was offset by the customer friendly services of hotel staff. I shall again stay here when I visit Gizan next. Since last 5 months we are having breakfast and dinner at Jazan Inn restaurant. The food is very tasty as well as healthy. There are a large group of varieties available. The hygiene is also maintained properly. And on every Thursday we enjoy buffet dinner here which is also very good.

Expensive but quite good. 🥰

Worst room service, no response after calling many times, washroom draining not working.

It is a nice place to accomodat . Reasonable price. Wonderful see view
