I like the new improvement from this outside of kadi mall not same like before. It's huge mall and having a food court area and amusement park can kids can play lot of choice of clothes brands and with home decor inside. I buy shoes there it's affordable prices with a farm supermarket which is can buy your groceries with some discount. I like the ambiance too with a clean facilities.

The mall is good and all but don't go to red sea beach to leave your kids, its very expensive, it costs 75 per person, and another 75 for your kids maid. This totally defeats the purpose of red sea beach, I want to leave my kids there with my maid and go shopping, I don't want to pay 75 for just the maid, not cool. By the way if you search in the Northern beach area you'll find a place called sparkeez, it's way cheaper and maids are admitted there for free with your kids. Sparkeez is better, cheaper, more fun. It's inside alhokair time. Red Sea Beach, not cool man.

I believe Kadi mall is not yet up to the standards Jizan can have. Probably enough 5 years ago, definitely not enough nowadays in a modern city. Al Rashid mall is better, but tenant mix not great

Great mall and many great brands under one roof. food court is nice but overwhelming choicr of burgers and very little to suit other food tastes. They should consider opening more traditional foods and varieties. the Indian restaurant is only nice one currently. but public washroom capacity is quite limited. It's always very very crowded . Also mosque is small.

Always went there in childhood. Nowadays, it just lacks places to hang out. The brands there are somewhat disorientated and people at the stalls are unfriendly.

It's my go to mall whenever I'm in Jazan city, packed many branded stores and a well stocked supermarket and my favourite,, burger king! Unfortunately I'm always tight for time for photos and I'm not sure if I could, oh yeah, they have a mega gaming store 😍😍😍 right beside entrance 1! Every gamer's dream. I highly recommend this mall for shopping, grocery shopping, food court and entertainment. The staff are super helpful and pleasant.
