We placed an order using the drive-thru option, and we experienced the worst services ever. They were slow and they didn't know what they were doing, though we ended up getting our food after 11 minutes of waiting

Stopped by for ice cream with the family. Order sundaes. Still love this place. First came here 12 years ago. Still loving it!

We ordered food via self service. And had to wait a good solid 40 something minutes. On top of that our food came however it wasn't as what we ordered. Dissaponted.

After a long grocery shopping at Makro, you need a perfect meal to build your mood back up again. They have fresh buns, burger patties and lattice 😋

This was the nearest 24hr drive through. After a disappointing experience with UberEats, we had to drive to Selby to get food. Really glad for their shop services and hours.

When I was about to go collect my order the lady who was calling out my order number ( eish I forgot to ask her name 🥹) as I was approaching she smiled and said is this your order, she served me, she actually brought my order to our table..👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽That gesture blew me away & reminded me of what is customer service. Whoever her name is 'my lady keep it up', your rightful attitude is paving a way for you.

Went to their drive through as I had no lunch due to loadshedding, ordered chicken foldover and tenders. The lady gives me my drink says I must go and wait at the parking lot the order will be done in 2 minutes, that wasn't true as I waited for 6 minutes. At work, I then open my foldover there is barely any tomato, they took the smallest tomato slice and cut it in half. What's this maar !!! Chicken foldover doesn't taste like a foldover, without tomatoes. It was dry and tasteless. 😐😭😔

Service impressive and attention to detail. I didn’t know that I get a MacD bag if I buy a large meal and one lady working there actually came to check progress of my take away order then noticed I’m supposed to get a bag. It was peak time but the food and service was good.

We are regulars at this McDonald’s yet they close the doors on us as we enter but will let a group of guys inside , they denied us using the toilet and they can never get a big order right , they charge us for extras but do not give it. Absolutely horrible service and rude racist staff

Hi there, This macdonalds at Selby opposite makro ,service is poor and the worst you can experience mostly they are offline plus drive lanes are open and they don’t even bother themselves to close the line , they make sure you drive and when you get to order they will tell you offline again you go inside after order they food takes for ever. And I really experience this like weekly bases and hopefully this is not what consumers are expecting. Hopefully this will be used as positive feedback and need attention. Thanks

Poor quality of service. I ordered two big mac meals on uber eats and only one was delivered. Two meals are supposed to be in one delivery pack so it shows that the staff here only packed one instead of two. Now you guys just waisted my time and money.
