Horrible.....cashier got my order completely wrong had trouble understanding me.....waited for longer then 15min for my meal and it was not even busy......chicken was very oily....did not taste like kfc at all as well as my wifes zinger burger was tasteless.....definitely would not suggest buying from this particular branch.

Worst KFC, made the wrong milkshake. After after waiting 15min in the parking lot for the right one, they brought it absolutely melted and warm as if has been standing for a long time. Unacceptable..

This KFC is disappointing they almost never have ice cream or dunked wings,once they didn't even have chicken isn't that the whole brand? You'll also find that they forget to give you everything you ordered If I could give 0 stars I would

I have only ever visited the drive through here. The food is always fresh and delicious. Orders are always correct, staff are attentive and ensure great service. The drive through is fast and smooth. I have never been inside the establishment, however, the parking is safe. Definitely great to stop here after a night out for some quick and delicious food!

Well, the servers are incredibly friendly and there is always great music playing. The food is ok. I wish the seating made sense. It just doesn't. There are very few spots to sit comfortably while waiting. And, it definitely is NOT for dining.

You had to ask if they had a particular meal or item because the monitors where they displayed their menu were broken, and the waiting time was close to 20 minutes, but the food was good.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. They prepare the food in record time, I enjoyed their service a lot.

Their food is always over the top better than other KFC's around the area however, they always seem to leave something out of your order especially when going through the drive thru. Was there earlier to get supper ordered A crunch burger, two bucket for ones and a streetwise 3 with pap. The Streetwise 3 pap option is supposed to come with gravy however when we got home which is around 5kms from the store there was no gravy to be found, and this after the person that handed me the food went through my order.

Worst service, everytime I go here it's the same issue.Poor service, rude employees, and slow service. They always prioritize drive through, worse my food was undercooked and poorly packed, and my burger was all over the box. And the security guard was proudly smoking weed right at the entrance.

Drove in to my very best quick kfc, really not pleased today with the brekkie wrap that is burnt. Coffee/cappacino was bitter. Really 😥 Disappointed.

Only 1 cashier in the shop taking orders, preparing all drinks. She is overwhelmed...not fair to customers or her. Even though she tries her best.

Got there on a very busy day and had to wait for about 30 minutes before getting our order. The waiting is fine for me as long as the STAFF notify me while am placing the order. The upstairs area need urgent fixing of the air conditioning. It's like sitting in an oven up there but then you have no choice when the place is full. Otherwise the food was worth the wait

Yes fast and multiple tasking workers .with the university around that Conner you can imagine the traffic of people flowing in there . They are on there A game I lost say . Tumps up guys . Rock on I will provide photos nest time

I'm thoroughly annoyed with this KFC. Service was good, BUT this is the third time I have to come back because what I ordered is not what I receive, there was a piece missing or got thos isntead of that or something. Haai maan fix this. You are wasting my time, petrol and money! And if this has happened more than once to me, who else has gone through the same and not complained? Can this be the last time for ALL your customers. Thank you Sello for sorting it out.

The staff is friendly. The lady there recognises me and we joke and talk while I wait for my food

Great portions of food, decent chips and well cooked meat, the sauces are also spread well, service is quick also.

Orders tend to take too long here. But if you have patience, that's the place to be.

Very very long waiting period for 2x meals chicken and burger meal, and they give you one sachet of tomato, serviette and chilli salt as if you bought only one meal. One more chance and then done with that shop.
