Beautiful place, not mentioning the staff aiii I give the customer service a 11 out of 10. Lets forget about the food for now as the food is always great. There was a lady welcoming us as soon as we walked in through the door. Asked us if we knew how to order on our own and if we had the app. We said no. Now instead of rushing us through all these she simply took us to the side and guided us step by step on the app setup and how to use it in conjunction with the self service screen and what to always do. She helped place our orders calmly and with patience. Alliwing us to view the different choices before making final decisions. The food was at our tabke within minutes. Burgers fresh and drinks steaming. My coffee was too strong and i asked for more when i was leaving. The other lady at the counter gratefully gave me and even asked if i still had tge spoon, which i had left upstairs so i said no. And she took the time and looked for another one. We left with smiles all around. Not because of the food noo. But because of the excellent treatment we had just received. Keep it up guys.

Cool downtown eatery. They have made an effort towards the deco of the place. Seating on the balcony for adults would be nice.

Great setup, great atmosphere but very slow in cleaning up the tables and table numbers run out even if the restaurant is not full. We had to wait next to the service counter for our order number to be called out instead of waiting at our table with our table number like most McDonald's restaurants do.

Mac Donald's always does the most. The service was quick and food was good. Although, I advise you to check that you have everything included in your order before leaving, especially the sauces. Last time, I ordered the share box and they forgot to add the Jalapeno sauces I ordered. And their sauces slap so that was a bit of a bummer.

The service is a bit faster than previous years because they have the self help machines and people to help you if you get stuck. There is a mCcafe section. The service okay considering this McDonalds is a student hotspot.

Food is great and well served though they often don’t have the commonly bought food like big Mac, or loaded fries etc. Their menu is often limited due to this. Their frappes tend to have more water and less of the chocolate or caramel. Their meals are fresh and well served. They have good days and bad days.

Got the food delivered, however the food was cold and half the order was wrong. Was to late to get it changed, so didn’t enjoy the meal.

Honestly this review has been a long time coming. Their food is always fresh and they try by all means to speed up their orders. Now this thing of rude employees has has to stop especially the ladies tending to people. I was appalled by one of the the cashiers' behavior where she rudely told some uber drivers drivers to give her space 😳the lady was short...looks a bit old and was on duty today the 17th of September September between 8pm and 8:30. They are forever out of basic things that one expects a burger shop should have. The other day they ran out of lettuce today my Cajun burger had didn't have a mere tomato slice. What is going on??? My sundae was not even half the cup. Lastly there are 2 ladies who I believe are supervisors supervisors or team leaders...You guys are very rude. One is dark skinne...curvaceous and forever dressed in formal. The other one is light skinned always wearing crocs... Normally works in the evenings. She's always shouting!! I hope you take this as constructive criticism and change your your ways. Saying I am tired is an understatement when coming to you guys.

It's a nice, busy place in the heart of Braamfontein. Mostly it's always filled up with students of different college's around. U will find out young chap's of different cultures, countries too. The foods are as usually The McDonald's...

U can't tell me u closed yet there are no trading hours, and there are still people sitting and ordering food, when I asked I speak to the manager on duty he became angry n didn't want to speak to me, what type of am establishment is that, we in the hospitality industry we cater for peoples needs so if u can't be there or do that what' are u doin there

Quiet and comfortable place with great service. I enjoyed my breakfast there and surely enjoyed my coffee stops on late Monday mornings

Food was good, but I didn't like the fact that when it's loadshedding they want people to go, I don't know where do they want us to go eat with their food

Just bought a Grand Chicken Special and it was the most horrible meal I've ever had. The thing was so dry over cooked chicken and no sauce there was literally no sauce it felt like I was eating bread with chicken and greens the tomato was huge not even thinly sliced like no one made effort. This is my favorite meal however I was beginning to question that after tasting your horrible burger

Worst experience ever. I ordered a double cheese burger with extra jalapeño dip and I got a single patty plain burger without the dip. Only realised when I got home. The cashier was busy chatting with a friend while serving me which explains the bad service I got. It was my first and last time in that branch I will never go back there again

If I could rate it a negative star I would. Slow service, workers are not attentive. Mixed up my order even after I gave them my slip. The fries are literally always half the size of the container if not less. Never buying from them again, I'd rather take a long drive to another McDonald's get KFC

Today date 12 November 2022 Saturday I went to McDonald’s braamfontein I ordered a McRoyale large meal everything was great till about an hour I was approached by one of the employees he told me that I gotta leave I been there for too long and I asked him why is he telling me only coz there was another couple there I found I bet there been there longer than me

Restaurant was clean, Covid restrictions are well observed, temperature is taken prior to entering and sanitized. Some table are marked with red tapes to adhere to Social distance protocols. Tables are clean and there is someone staff who clean and sanitize tables and chair after every use. You really feel safe...Lovely food and serves well in time.

Service is getting faster these days plus they moved the uber guys to another window so there's more space.

Literally the worst McDonald’s In Johannesburg, I ordered a quarter pounder with chips and a double quarter pounder with chips and recieved 2 mcRoyals in my order. I’d rate their zero ice a 0 out of 5 but that option isn’t available

Fast service, covid-19 protocol observed with caution. One of the cleaned and have the mos friendly stuff that is easy to talk to

Recently refurbished. McDonald's has updated this branch with the digital ordering and payment machines. There is a cafe section as well. There is a large eating section on the first floor where people can enjoy their meals. It is clean, well staffed, fresh food and leaves customers satisfied.

On two consecutive occasions, I ordered burgers from this place and the burgers only consisted of cheese and patties. Basically just buns, patties and cheese, no other ingredients. Definitely not what I ordered.🥲

Bought a Kiddies meal beef burger and chips tonight at the drive through. Guess what, no burger on the bun and the chips are saltless. Sies Mcdonald's your service is Pathetic....
