Their food is tasty 😋 and the staff is welcoming they really made my birthday to be fantastic.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Probably the worst Nandos we have ever had. Burnt halumi, fries missing, generally all round poor quality food.

We decided on a Nandos family dinner which we were exited for as we hadn't had Nandos in a while. Unfortunately the experience made us question our decision. Firstly the 3 chicken burgers were extremely tough and almost inedible, the bougie bowl was ordered lemon and herb but arrived peri-peri, we ordered extra mayo but it never arrived and the only good thing was the 1/2 chicken which was tasty.

Nice decoration inside the restaurant. Workers are very polite and very helpful. The entrance however of the building doesn't inspire trust . But the service is excellent!

I order from Nandos all the time. I ordered a Pita from them tonight, it was the worst food experience of my life. The pita was soggy and oily, the avocado was HARD and unripe. The chicken was all ontop with onions that could still be called raw. I will never order from this restaurant again. I am a very unhappy customer.

Ok I guess. The waitress had me thinking that if you're not a regular at their restaurant you don't get to have proper service

Typical nandos great taste. But they need to figure out how to spruce up the building and location.

I was at Nandos Bruma this afternoon, the service is so bad, 80% of the waiters were sitting having nandos meals for lunch, tables were dirty. We waited for a clean table whilst the waiters were just looking at us eating their lunch. They were gosipping about us as we waited. Never again. Thanks

The service was very good. Food tasted fresh but my meat was slightly burnt.

I was dissapointed this time around, the service i recieved from late shift waitress who was not even wearing name badge it was pathetic, ill just move to Nandos eastgate mall going forward.....

Beautiful layout and decorations as we know Nandos does not disappoint. The food unfortunately did not live up to standards. Willing to go again and see if a different dish will do better.

Cosy neat viby location of great chicken. Has alcohol variety but limited. Kids menu available. Dining feels like home with a little kitchenette with wash basin and sauce deli. Table service is available but you will need to request it when needed.

I'm highly disappointed in Nandos Bruma. I placed an order at 12h20 and estimated delivery was 13h20 which was great but i only got the food at 14h15 after already having driven to the store to check what is happening only to find out the the driver had just gone out. Worst of it all is the amount of times i called for a check up with no response at all!! Mind you, i was ordering for a meeting at my workplace. I am never ordering from Nandos Bruma again after this experience.

Lady taking the order was rude taking my order and she got it wrong in the end. Mild Peri Peri turned out to be Hot. Waiting for the food was long, though I understand they were busy but the area is noisy and dirty. Parking at night is risky, not well lite and not enough parking as it had a stranded car being worked on, few empty taxis parked with loud noise playing from one of them.

The food was hot & fresh as is expected from Nandos, the service was excellent from cashier to the table attendant, restaurant area was neat & clean

Very poor service offered here. Previously bought meals on two occasions and the meals were not of good standard

This place has the best barbecued chicken🍗🍗🍗. Though at first I was really annoyed by their service, the maids were not very welcoming. But the chicken...maaaaaan that was something else🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Extremely disappointed with nando's Bruma I buy my meals there all the time but what I received through my online order today was a shame. I received burned and overcooked chicken livers full on oil, disgusting...

Always the same good value. We love your veggie burgers and lots of veg options as well as good chicken to keep the whole family happy

I ordered a wrap and it was cold on one side, hot on the other side and was dripping way too much. I had to drink the wrap. Otherwise it's neat

Havnt had something from here in years and can wait a couple more before visiting. I walked in, there wasnt alot of people but it felt crowded. All the people ordering to take away stood in the doorway, almost on top of each other. I proceeded to order 2 prego rolls and chips. As a drink I ordered the rasberry lemonade, this threw the guy taking my order off. He struggled, eventually calling for assistancr to get the drink order in. The prego rolls had burnt onions, tasted it on the first bite. I was famished so and driving so had no option but to put the taste behind me. Maybe it was just an off day, I definitely hope so.

Didn't enjoy it, these people sell undone meat because it's a takeaway. If it was a sit in order definitely it was going to be amazing.
