This was a very big disappointment. My wife and I really enjoyed the fish special that we ordered while on our way from Minnesota. They were nice size pieces of fish and were hot a very delicious. The food we received yesterday was a total wreck. The staff was very pleasant but the food was horrible. The fish wasn't crispy or fresh. The curly fries tasted like they were cooked two or three times. I always visit this Arby's and was not pleased with what was given to us Received an email from someone who said he was the owner of this Arby's. He informed me that someone would contact me from the restaurant. I haven't received a call text or email from anyone. Maybe that the problem they do what they want. This is an ashame. I have to go to Indiana to get my Arby's now.

Expensive like a muhhh but their food is still good. The service is good too, i always get a rep whos happy to be there and helpful. The new menu items are worth a try as well.

I ordered a corned beef rueben and it was decent but I felt like it should have had more meat and I would have taken a picture but I ate it already 😅. I also ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and it seem like more wrap than meat smh. Now y'all always say y'all got the meats stop being stingy🤣. LBDS

Nice place good food and staff, only compliant i have is that they fix there dam phone so you can call them and inquire about there menu. I have elderly parents who dont want to have to get on the internet every 5 minutes to find out about their menu they feel more comfortable talking to a person

Went way out of my way to get some Arby's! Went to this location and ordered a gyro sandwich and other sandwiches. Meat amount was negligible. Will not order again. Taste was good but never had a gyro sandwich that was more pita than gyro meat. Please don't do gyro sandwiches if you are located anywhere near Chicago! Everyone knows gyros should be decently hefty. I guess it's inflation rearing it's ugly head! Unbelievable! Soooo disappointed! I should have known better and went to a real gyro restaurant!

They barely put any fries in my order I got a bunch of super little pieces, the buffalo slider was super messy, the beef and cheddar sandwich was drenched in cheese and some other sauce like if someone was upset or something bc everything was done super lazy

The food is always freshly made-to-order. And the staff is very accommodating. Excellent service

I went to the drive thru after being picked up from the airport. Everything I ordered was cooked fresh and it was hot. It tasted good, too. That was a plus because I don't go there.

Cashier as well as other employees at the drive thru were pleasant. Laughing and joking with my friends and I. Was an overall good experience.

ITS OK JUST DONT GO NEAR CLOSEING TIME AND MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE . OTHERWISE HANDICAP ACESS LOTS OF PARKING DRIVE THRU IS VERY TIGHT BIGGER VEHICLES MAY HAVE PROBLEMS JUST BE CAREFULL ITS ALRIGHT FOR FAST FOOD PLACE. THEY HAVE PUBLIC TOILETS . THANX.

I ordered the brisket sandwich and got a sandwich of dry meat. I had my mouth ready for good tasting sandwich and got disappointed. The commercials definitely will set you up for a let down🤣

Haven't been there in a while but the reuben sandwich was great. Curly fries are still very good. Arby's is one of the restaurants you should go to more often people forget about it quality food.

The epitome of 90s nostalgia I dined in and had the Kenan & Kel Goodburger 2 meal it wasn’t bad the sauce needs some work but other than that the food was hot and fresh and better than some contenders the young lady with the light eyes and the one with the glasses were very pleasant and the service was fast as well KUDOS!!!.
