The noodle itself is very tasty, chewy, and fresh. Just based on the noodle dish, I would've definitely given 5 out of 5 stars. I also ordered the chicken side dish, which also tastes good, although it is cold. After some bites of the chicken, I found a surprise from inside the bowl: not only one, but two flies!! I showed them to the waitress, but she denied and said it was just spice. Unfortunately I don't like eating insects, so I lost my appetite after I found it. But if you like having insects as part of the "spice" (maybe you want extra protein), you might be delighted to try out this menu.

The food is really authentic. I highly recommend the cucumber salad. It tastes insanely good 😋 The noodles in the soup is spicy 🔥🥵 is really spicy 🔥 The jelly salad was really fun. Highligh was the the noodles with the paste. The seasoning was beautiful and to the point. The coconut water is unfortunately sweetened and it was a bit too sweet for me. I wished that the staff were a bit more attentive.

All noodles are freshly made. You can choose what kind of noodles you want to have. Never been to China, but someone I know who has been there said it's pretty authentic. As someone who loves spicy food, the spicy noodle wasn't spicy at all tbh

This place is quite new and has a wonderful flavour to choose from. The freshly made noodles are a treat to watch while making. We enjoyed the food so much and had very refreshing fruit juice with it. So lecker. Recommendation definitely worth a visit to eat there and choose the noodles of your choice.

The food was incredibly delicious! We came across the restaurant accidentally, because we passed by and were bedazzled by the smell. We had the Original Lanzhou Soup and the beef lamian wok with thick noodles. The noodles of the noodle maker are really impressive. We also highly recommend the aloe vera juice, but still we recommend the litchi juice.

Delicious food with big portions, standard noodles are on the thicker side. Unfortunately not many vegetarian options for lamian (only 1 if I remember correctly). The service wasn't the best, as we often had to get up to speak to waiters whenever we wanted something which was tedious as they were walking around a lot. Inside it tends to get very warm and there is no air conditioning

It is a really authentic Chinese noodle restaurant, you can choose the noodle you like together with some side dishes, the indoor area is clean as you can sit around the bar and watch how the Chef is making noodles. I would definitely come back again!👍

Good place to have a good portion of noodles either with broth, or without. All the dishes are very alike. The main focus is on noodles that are really nice. However, I felt like the toppings and other finger foods are missing

You will not find better noodles in Frankfurt, they are very tasty and the star of every dish. It also makes a lot of fun to watch the chef prepare the noodles from scratch while you're eating. Last time I went here I had the noodle soup which I would recommend over the dish in the picture (although still really good). Deducting one star as the service is not at the same level as the food and I am not a fan of menus that are only available via phone.

Omg!! The Mala is the best, i love it so much the noodle is amazing, they have 5-6 noodle types you can pick any of them to match with ypur soup. I recommended Mala for people who loves spicy it's not too spicy and flavorful. Side dish: Chicken with chili oils is recommended

I totally recommend this noodle place. They make their own noodles and you cans also choose how thick you want your noodles. I tried the nr. 2 (favorite) and 3 (Standard) and the Must try Noodle type. I personally recommend nr.3 and the must try noodle type. if you are a noodle fan you will be so happy that you got to know this place. the quality is so good. I recommend also the menu nr.1,2 and 5. They accept cards and cash. often it is full of people so I recommend reservations. The food comes out very quick.

It took about 1 hour we get the food after we get into the shop. Busy restaurant!! Noodle was not well cooked and taste just like flour. But the soup was very nice.

Customer service could use improvement but I was impressed overall. I observed them attending to certain guests and ignoring others. I had to seat myself and flag down workers to serve me. Otherwise, Simple and delicious noodles and concept. I got the standard noodles which has perfect amount of spice. Next time I will try a different type of noodles as I found them very chewy

This place is famous for literally making the noodles right in front of you! Yes, freshly made noodles. It's very impressive to see. The food was absolutely amazing. Staff were all very nice as well. We came in about 40 minutes before close, and they still accommodated us to the full extent.

Amazing noodles. The soup as well as the Lamian noodles have been so tasty. We had the thick and the triangled noodles and both tasted delicious. You should visit and see them making the noodles fresh directly before you. The edamer beans and the cucumber salad was also worth trying. Both simple but good especially if you a very hungry.

I heard this opened newly and visited here during lunchtime with my colleagues. During lunchtime, german people came in and out, looked busy. But it was okay because we booked a table. I ordered number 1 with noodle style number 4 which is similar to udon thickness. Noodle is handmade at site so it was so chewy and had a good texture and nice soup but the meat was not that tender than I've expected.

Realy good noodles!!! It is a noodle-"Stube". The noddles are feeshly prepered and cooked in the middle of the big room in an open kitchen. You can choose between different shaped noddles. They either come in a soup, with sauce or in a wok dish. There are dishes with or without meat. In addition it is possible to order some nice sidedishes. The prices are ok. But for the area and the quality of the food, they are fine.

It was quite busy on a Thursday evening.. You can see them making the noodles fresh..! Good ambience, and prompt service.. Noodle soup was quite nice.. Worth a visit.
