The moment you step into Cigeristan you realise how local and traditional it is. I recommend trying their liver skewers which come with fresh bread (dipped in the meat juice), grilled vegetables, tomato salsa and onions. They also offer tea and coffee for free!

I like this restaurant. The Starter are good, "meze" are fresh, the portions are generous and staffs are kind. The only issue is the price, which is higher than what I expected.

The mezes ara great starters. I saved this place to my places to go a while back but didn’t had a chance to come before. It’s just like my other favorite LIVER places. They have cold AC inside. And the meze are fresh.

This was my 3rd visit within a week. I was astonished with the staff, as a business owner myself I realized how good they are, working as a big family, and no need to mention the amazing food and service, they keep serving mezes again and again for free, and also after the meal tea and coffee are served for several times also for free, I hope they keep it like this, I recommend this traditional Turkish restaurant to all Istanbul visitors

The famous lever cousin.. they do provide lamb cubes.. et sis.. most of my friends love it I eat only lamb cubes they are delicious for ligh meal
