The place is not bad, especially considering that the beach is free. But there are three pretty big minuses for which I shoot two stars. The first problem is a terrible entry into the sea, large stones interfere very much, you constantly slip. The second problem is the cold streams of water, because of them it is very difficult to enjoy swimming, they are literally everywhere and give you goosebumps. Well, the third minus - as a result of ships sailing in close proximity to the beach, the water at a distance of 10 meters from the shore becomes cloudy.

Wonderful public beach accessible to all. The umbrellas and lounges are reasonably priced (225 TL for 2 lounges and 1 umbrella). There is a municipal restaurant at the far end of the beach which too is very decent and is reasonably priced, unlike all other restaurants on the beach which gouge you. We will definitely come back. It is a pebbly beach, so bring your water shoes. If you are driving, they close the roads from the beach parking at noon. The signs say 12AM. They actually mean 12PM.

was the best beach i've visited this year. oh my god! the color of the crystal clear water took me to the heaven and left me there for couple hours and it was wonderful. I swam a lot. it was quite, peaceful. not much crowded when i was there. it was 15th of june or something. there are restaurants around the beach so you can go and buy a beer and toast and enjoy! please go there, you must at least see the beauty.

Beautiful beach in Kalkan. When I resting here in my bicycle trip - visited this place every day. In October no crowded, maybe water not so warm because sharp depth, and many underwater springs with cold water.

It's a good location if you don't want to go far from town for swimming or sunbathing also good bars and restaurants are all around Public restrooms, shower, parking, load music from everywhere, sometimes call for pray from the closest mosque which is beautiful as well to see and take rest there under the tree!

Beautiful beach and picturesque town. Well worth a trip.

Lovely safe pebble beach with crystal clear water.

Covered with stones of 10 cm, it's hard to sit on the beach, impossible to lay down and dangerous to step into the water, as well as to go out. The entrance is very steep. Shoes for watersports didn't help. I injured my leg falling on these rocks. Water has cold currents. Don't recommend. And as always in Turkey, garbage everywhere and people smoking into your face 😵
