Ridiculously expensive menu for the quality and quantity of the food and drinks. On our departure they had the audacity to ask us to pay for butter that we'd asked for our dry cold toast which was served to go with the breakfast we had already paid for! This place really is a joke, literally just milking the tourists whichever way they can...if your reading this @timeless villa you really should be ashamed..for your prices you need to do much better. Any other people thinking of going here..don't do it, much better cheaper and cleaner places close by

Great location, nice pool, good breakfest. Food is not good at all exept for the breakfest. Bad isolation from the road, you can hear the cars and train. Wi-Fi is horrible, came with my leptop to work but it keeps disconecting from several spots in the hotel. Water doesnt work some times and when it works it's in very weak flow. The place is more expensive then other close by places and totaly dont worth it. When we first came the told us the chack-in is in 14:00 so we came back at 14 but then they said 14:30, we came back at 14:40 and they told us in 10 minutes the room will be ready. After the room was 'ready' we enterd a room with used coffee mugs an rutten bananas in the fridge and spoild milk. They also told us there is room cleaning every two days but it was never cleaned, when we asked about it they told us that the cleaning lady comes at 08:00 and if the room is ocupied she passes. It's fine if you do not have different alternative.

This villa is absolutely amazing! I stayed here for my friends wedding recently. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The views and proximity to the beach were incredible! However, the real difference was the staff! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and took special time to make sure every single guest was happy and well taken care of! I will, most certainly, be coming back here to stay again in the future!

A great boutique hotel. The rooms upstairs are spacious with stunning wooden floors and wall finishes. All the rooms are clean with good quality bathroom fittings and good water pressure. The grounds are well maintained with a great pool. The beach in front is quiet with lounge chairs overlooking the sea. There is a local surf instructor with a good beginner beach 15mins down the road in Weligama. The hotel is just off the coastal road so it's a little busy at the back but it's really quiet on the shore side. The restaurant has a small but varied menu and all the staff are great.

Food: Don’t go for European dishes as they are total rubbish and overpriced. Asian food is ok but also overpriced. Rooms: kind of okayish, not well maintained considering the price but location is great with direct beach access. Safety lockers not working. It is very loud at night due to the main road. The view is great from the rooms. Staff: Nice and friendly

Best location (first line to the ocean), private place with sun beds, swimming pool, amazing and super friendly staff, extremely nice rooms with good design and lots of space (and a big balcony facing the ocean)! always stay here when i come to Sri Lanka, simply the best place. Restaurant is with a really good breakfast and nice dishes :)

We stayed at the villa for a wedding, and what a show it was! The hotel room is beautiful with a large balcony and an amazing view of the ocean to fall in love with Sri Lanka. The staff is extremely hospitable and attentive to your needs!

We had an amazing time staying at timeless villa! We were a bit unsure at first because of the previous reviews, but the staff were great, breakfast really nice and everything cleaned regularly. Must be a change in management. Thankyou will be back soon :)

Okay Service, nice room terrace with great view, in general great beach, very basic, small room for the high price, plenty of roaches, everything looks a bit rundown, gross looking pool, very basic restaurant, loud neigbours, loud street, many party surfers Wifi is abominable

The place where for using wifi you should have minimum bill!! The only one place like this is whole country. Never ever come back.

We went here during the height of COVID in 2021 (March) and had a great time aside from all the PCR testing requirements. The food was excellent, and the rooms were spacious. Our particular room accommodated my entire family (me, my wife and three kids). The food was great. The villa's location is second to none. The beach out front is amazing and the surf was pretty good albeit right on the shoulder of when the waves shift to the Eastern part of the island. The staff were helpful in arranging day trips to a rain forest and the elephant reserve. We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed the excellent food, the super service staff especially Sudath as he was very kind and helpful. Other staff were very friendly and considerate. The location was amazing and the beach and sea was great also during the off season. We were able to swim and surf. The rooms were good but some things could have been better with the AC and the insects. We still really enjoyed our stay. Also very well organized with the Good Story travel agent (Veronika), she was very helpful. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. We will definitely be back soon. 🙂

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Timeless villa. The room was airy and beautiful, and even though the weather wasn't great (only the morning when we had to leave haha) the views are breathtaking. The staff are wonderful, always smiling and super polite, so thanks for making our stay so amazing! The room itself has everything you need, it was really clean, simple yet so stylish. The shower is great! Thanks guys, we will be back soon!
