A coffee shop with a Melbourne Touch. As Google isn't widely used in Turkey, I came across Good Coffee Roasting Co. on Google as one of the higher rated cafes in the city. Mustafa, the owner (who by the way speaks fluent English) is SUPER friendly and knowledgable when it comes to coffee. Don't be afraid to ask him to explain the beans and his recommendations. He opened this cafe around 9 months ago with the concept of "simplicity rather than making things overly complicated." There is a beautiful patio outside with plenty of seats available. You can find sandwiches and toasts as well as sweets and vegan pastries. They also have plant/vegan milk substitutes. If you feel like having tea, they have a selection of teas as well. I highly recommend this place if you are in search of a nice coffeeshop with AMAZING coffee.

Very nice place. The cappuccino was 42 TL ($2.26) which is not cheap considering the average prices for food in the area but it isn't expensive compering it to other coffee bar prices. The coffee was also very good and well presented. The person who served the coffee could speak English and it is a good thing as not many people in this area do speak English. The place also has many plug sockets ideal for remote workers.

Honestly, this place should be called “best coffee” instead - great athmosphere, fantastic coffee and a team that really knows what they are doing. If you want quality coffee, this is your spot 😌

Wonderful coffee shop on the Asian side of Istanbul. The owner and staff are very nice and will talk with you as long as they are not busy. The coffee is not good but the best! The Nitro cold brew is a wonderfully smooth brew without a bitter taste. They have a choice of roasted beans for the hot coffee. I choose to let the barista choose and his choice was spot on. Wanted a strong flavor not to bitter. It was made and served in a nice stemware glass. Will be back. Found a new favorite coffee shop.

I really like the atmosphere 🤞🏻, good coffee, and nice interior. This is a good place to study or chill with friends. The drinks and cookies were all tasty and worthwhile. Nice coffee place, cups and the quality are nice. I tried hot chocolate and it is recommended, service was also good.

The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. They use only the highest quality beans, and the attention to detail comes through in every cup. They also offer tasty desserts and savory treats made with seasonal fruits and vegetables.

This place is modern has good coffee latte and deserts. Highly recommended. Hidden gem.

We tried Duwancho seed on chemex, its a really delicious flavor! Definitely a must try. A very cozy atmosphere with smiling staff.

Found this coffee shop through an instagram recommendation and fell in love completely! The staff are the star of the show and their thoughtful approach for coffee and service earned huge respect from me. It’s hard to find a coffee place in Turkey where they make actually good specialty coffee. I mean it. This shop has a special place in my heart now 🧡 And all of the above made me become a regular customer there :) 10/10 recommend
