Very friendly and helpful service. Rooms are cleaned daily. Towels don't actually need to be changed every day. Water bottles are refilled daily (3 pieces). Unfortunately, people forget to lock the balcony after cleaning. In light of the security situation, this is unacceptable. On Sundays there is a breakfast buffet in the attached restaurant. Otherwise, breakfast is a la carte. Very nice and well-maintained facility. Hotel is recommended

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Petit Village Hotel, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The charm of this place is simply irresistible! From the moment I entered, the warm and welcoming atmosphere captured my heart. The staff at Le Petit Village Hotel went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest. The rooms are not only comfortable but also exquisitely designed, providing a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm. I enjoyed the peaceful ambiance, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the delectable dining experience. The on-site restaurant serves delicious, thoughtfully crafted dishes that cater to various tastes. The culinary delights combined with a cozy ambiance made each meal a delightful experience. The central location of the hotel is another major plus. It's conveniently situated near [mention any nearby attractions or landmarks], making it easy to explore the local area. In summary, Le Petit Village Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Kudos to the entire team for creating such a wonderful retreat!

I love the way this has been turned around with additions of seating space every time I return. Now a bar and lounge has been added. We were served by a very pleasant young lady- Maureen.

How about the care takers learn to respect black people not everyone who visits the premises has the intentions to take the property like they view itπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. It’s quite absurdπŸ˜‚.

Great relaxing atmosphere. Great security and all in one stop! Prices are a little too high for the room but it's worth the money given the organization, service and Cleanliness.

We had a great stay at the hotel to celebrate an anniversary. Customer service was excellent and the rooms and facilities were modern and high quality. They also did some fantastic custom decor for us to celebrate our anniversary which was a lovely addition. Loads of restaurants at the hotel as well which gives a wide variety of choice. We had dinner from Le Chateau which remains one of our favourite restaurants in Kampala. The spa team and experience was outstanding as well. We had a very lovely and relaxing experience and left feeling rejuvenated. Really had a memorable, romantic and relaxing time and grateful to the staff team. Definitely look forward to going again.

Great ambience a few clicks from the American Embassy. Would be great if you have time bound appointments at this Embassy. It's also very security conscious... Room meal orders can be abit too slow (it could have been an isolated bad incident).

Le Petit Village is an oasis of calm in the middle of Kampala! We had an amazing two night stay here, and enjoyed multiple spa treatments, the pool, the gym, and the on-site restaurants, all of which are delicious. The rooms are comfortable and stylish and the staff is friendly and helpful (Jesse, especially, helped us out repeatedly with everything we needed). Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious retreat in Kampala, and the spa is not to be missed!

Expensive boutique hotel, but very pretty, comfortable and relaxing! Advantages: - Magnificent setting. The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully furnished and decorated. The small pool and garden (a haven for birds of all kinds!) are very pleasant, beautiful and relaxing. - The breakfast is copious and delicious. On Saturdays and Sundays, the buffet offers an even wider choice than the weekday menu. - The spa services are great, both the massages and the scrubs. Barbara and Mackenzie are wonderful masseuses. - The cosmetics available in the bathrooms and those used in the spa are of good quality, quite natural and they smell lovely. - With the exception of the staff on duty at the front desk on the night we arrived, all the hotel and restaurant staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. - As for the restaurant "Le ChΓ’teau", it is divine: both the dishes we ate there and the setting and service. Disadvantages: - The internet connection fluctuates, in "La PΓ’tisserie" (where breakfast is served), by the swimming pool and in the rooms. - There are no bars to hang wet towels in the bathroom. - Although we had requested an upstairs room via Booking, we were allocated a ground floor room the night we arrived.

The room was so great with everything like bathtab, toilet and a basin closer good for old people and sick people or newly wed couple because no doors to open and close except the main door. Terrace is superb with swimming pool at the bottom. The roof is beautiful Ugandan stylish well designed. Staff were excellent, the receptionist of morning shift was wonderful. But The cons side of it was the hotel near the room was under maintenance and the dinner was over priced.

We had a lovely time at the spa, pool, and a delicious meal at Le Chateau. It was however completely spoiled when we got a call later in the evening that the cash we had left for our pool meal was not found. The staff rudely insinuated we had left without paying, which was not the case. This was poorly handled and left a sour taste. We won’t be back.

Simply the best boutique hotel in Kampala! The rooms are a great addition to an enterprise that already had remarkable repute! Best recommended for business and leisure travellers to Uganda! Its situated outside the busy and noisy Kampala in the secure and upscale neighbourhood of Nsambya (close to the American Embassy).

Me Petit Village staff is very approachable, helpful, very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in Uganda. The breakfast was good, additionally, breakfast is substantial, and suited all tastes. The suites are very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. The Village is very clean throughout, and the rooms are spacious with everything that you may need. The Village is quiet, and is situated near to numerous restaurants, and quick to get supermarket, and within easy walking distance from markets around. You will enjoyed your stay at your hotel. Surely you will have a wonderful experienc and good hospitality.

We were a group of 13 guests from the UK and everyone loved their rooms and stay. My bed was super comfy. The Art deco is so befitting. The grounds are beautifully laid out. it’s a shame we only stayed for one night. Breakfast was awesome. Will be back for more. Best stay in Kampala so far. Shout out to the staff. You’re all stars.

An exquisite stay at the Le Petit Village Hotel!. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, always ready with a friendly smile and eager to assist. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a delectable array of dishes that satisfied my palate. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city, and the facilities, including the spa and fitness center, added an extra layer of indulgence to my stay. Overall, a delightful blend of luxury, comfort, and attentive service. I look forward to returning for another wonderful experience!
