Very mean receptionist who could not give us extra time to get ready as the water heater was not working. Their card machine couldn’t work which inconveniences the whole thing!

good in cleaning, the food was not bad. The location is not safe, noisy the staff unfriendly scammers alert! Never seen anything like it made my stay with my husband the worst. Horrible!

Room was well keep, cleaned everyday. Showers are nice and warm, boiling hot if you wish it. The room did get loud cause of outside traffic.

Everything thing else was perfect until it came to internet access.....it was terrible And no one could literally help with it.

Very very friendly and helpful staff! The rooms are clean, a bit old but the bed slept really good. They arranged our public bus trip to Kabale (didn't charge extra) and even walked us to the busstation. Nice breakfast included to.

Very disturbing, I wasn't sleep the whole night, just because of people inside the hotel talking and rise their voices, and shouting, till 4am, it was my worse experience

I liked the double room because of the size of the bed. The single room bed is really small. The showers aren't practical and the space is so small you can hardly shower properly. The internet is strong, the service at the reception was excellent. Breakfast is modest but delicious. I didn't like that the waitress piled everything in one small plate ending in a mix, but it was delicious. There was a nightclub close by with loud music, but once in the room, I could not hear anything, which was a pleasant surprise.

The food was organic and extra delicious.

The environment is crouded though the management is good and its good for some one who wants to connect near the city center .

The moment you enter the reception like this you welcomed a fresh air conditioned air so soothing we a great scent. The place is very clean and everything is so clean from the tiles to walls and great food at the restaurant. From my experience for its price is worth much more. Great Deal.👍
