    Not sure what his issue is but the boy at the window kept trying to charge me for things I didn't ask for. And I'm not sure if this is a joke or a completed order but there no bacon nor nator in these fries. This place is disgusting. Service is awful and the food is subpar. Don't waste your time!!

    If I could give no star I would. This location always slow and I’m always nice, respectful and patient even if it’s someone with an attitude. This time I ordered 4 sweet tea and food but was given 4 unsweetened tea. I drove back up there to get sweet tea changed out for sweet, I got home to see it was unsweetened again and something added inside on of my drinks. I was nice about telling them about my drinks was wrong. I have kids and to think if I didn’t check the drinks. I choose to do a review instead of going back up there just to keep my peace. I always check my drinks to see if it’s anything in my cup it’s a habit for me and I don’t know why I do that and never ever had a problem with something being in my drink but now I know and understand why it’s a habit for me to check my drinks and smell my food. I’m not going to say what I think this is but if someone doing something to drinks or food someone need to check camera or ask workers or something.

    The experience was horrible. The man at the window was very incredibly rude when asking for no ice in our drink when we had ordered it that way, and the guy also had a very nasty attitude problem when politely asked if it could be changed to what was ordered and gathered his coworkers around the window as if to cause a scene for no reason. And when getting our food, the fries inside the bag were very obviously thrown in with our fries scattered everywhere inside the bag. This place is very unprofessional and will recommend nobody to come here.

    Worst Wendy's I've been to in a long time. They were definitely not on their A game. Wait took forever. Sat in drive-thru for 4 minutes didn't hear from anyone. Went inside and what a joke. The only one worth a damn was the young man taking orders. He actually clearly told me how much my change was and counted it back to me. You don't see that now days. Got a Baconator and Daves double, which were not put together well, burnt bacon and just bad. Wont be going here anytime soon.

    Slow, slow, slow. Went for lunch and the cashier seen customers. Walk off and come back. She done it 4 times if not more. Took atleast 5+ minutes before I could place an order and a good 10 minutes to get a burger and fry. And the food was ok but definitely wasn't that fresh. Definitely somewhere I will not return to.

    Not a traditional experience for sure!!!I pulled up to the window paid for my food. It took about 5 minutes. My food was cold!!! I walked in to have my food remade. I went to the restroom to pass time… someone had just finished smoking lol…the ashes were still in the sink lol. I spoke to the manager and she said just leave an honest review. So there it is.. Edit: the food made the 2nd time was decent.

    I went through the drive thru late night & ordered a spicy nugget meal. They charged me twice for that one meal. I don’t live near by so I had to make a trip to drive back to this location to get a refund. Manager was told the issue three different times by three different people. She seemed to NOT understand what the issue was. She offered me another order instead of my refund. Then I was told the GM had to come process my refund but he wouldn’t be back till night. The fact that they wouldn’t give me a refund when their own employee told them that she double charged me, was ridiculous! Thank god I don’t live anywhere close to this location. I will never return. Oh yeah I even left my number so the GM could contact me, that was three weeks ago, still no call.

    Ordered through Uber eats. Even though the receipt was correct burgers were missing tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. On top of that they were out of chili at 6pm. This location should be closed.

    This place just never gets better. Nobody wants to work here but it's either this one or the one by Afton because the one by KP Walmart gives out old food and hangs up on you and unprofessional staff. Don't go to this location late, they'll pretend they don't have items or just straight up not talk to you. Be prepared to spend 30 minutes at any given time. And if they make you pull up to wait on chicken or something your fries are going to be cold. I keep giving chances but it seems nothing ever changes. But hey, big thanks for pushing us to cook at home more! Better anyways.

    All the lights were off so it appeared to be closed. When I pulled up to the speaker the girl said all the employees are on a 10 minute break so they couldn't take my order. I then saw 4 employees standing outside near the dumpster smoking and talking. There is no reason they couldn't take there breaks one at a time instead of telling customers to go away and lose business so they can all go on break at the same time. I went back after 10 minutes to a long line. They were taking forever to take and give out people's orders and to top it off they were beyond rude and unprofessional.

    Everything started out great then went downhill. Very polite customer service at counter. Then the cashier got off. Was still hungry so went back to order food. Heard someone say they had no cashier until later. Manager saw me at counter but did not engage. She was trying to her her employees to ask off the same days she was off so they could all work together. They were very busy on the drive thru. One lady said she would be with me in a minute then never came back. Again manager saw me and never engaged but stood around watching everyone else and talking to employees about schedule but didn't seem to be managing. Finally I had enough and went next door to get more food. This place is a hit or miss. And Wendy's is only one of 3 places I order a burger from. Food taste good but no one values customer service anymore.

    too bad there’s no such thing as 0 stars. i was picking up a door dash. didn’t get “checked in” (food should be ready when i get there) waited 15 minutes to get checked in without the food even being made. got no help for 15 MINUTES do not door dash here. waste of time. some white manager ignoring me while i’m trying to get help with getting my food. the managers name was michelle. she needs to have better management skills or needs to be fired.

    Drove up and placed my order for a hamburger and fries. Charged over $8.00 and the girl handed me a bag with a burger about as big around as a soda can, no fries and tried to hand me a drink. When I questioned her about fries? She asked if I said fries. She returned with a small container of them. They were not hot, mildly warm. No napkins provided. Thankfully, I am only traveling through, so no worry about coming back to this sad overpriced location again, for poor service.

    Just left and my order was all screwed up and of course when I call no one answers the phone 3 out of 3 times. Disappointing to get out of bed to come grab something quick to eat for the family and our whole order is screwed up.

    Terrible experience. Staff said the computer went down and for me to pull up and they would get our food to us shortly. NO ONE bothered to come out and let us know what was going on. Staff were doing nothing. After 20 minutes we left. I can assure you we will not go back there again. Whoever was in charge that night failed to do their job!!

    Not sure how this place remains running. The night staff needs new management and retraining asap! All the locations in Kp/Concord outside of Afton are very slow. The door is always locked early so forced to go through drive thru. Got the order tonight which they seem confused about to begin with. Once I got the order it was bagged strange and missing items. I asked about the frosty. To which she mentioned they were out. Which is funny because the last few orders I’ve received from here they are ALWAYS out of something. I feel so bad to the customers I deliver to because the order is always most likely wrong or missing items. I didn’t want to have that feeling tonight so I turned back around a returned the incomplete half missing items order back to them and proceeded to unassign that order. Poor customer.

    Have always enjoyed Wendy's food particularly chili and baked potato. This visit during supper hour (6ish) they ran out of baked potatoes! Salad seems to have shrunk a bit, but the Frosty I got free with the key tag was bigger!

    They FINALLY got my order right. Compared to POPEYE'S CHICKEN, WENDY'S is 1 up !!! Most times they don't get orders right and we have to wit for the correct order. In my opinion, people that work at WENDY'S are only there for a paycheck. Not to do their job right. Employees there are not committed nor faithful. They only want a paycheck for doing nothing.

    I ordered my food, complained to the manager because I didn’t get all my food. Manager said he was gonna help me out, then I proceeded to stand in the lobby for 15 more minutes. Complained again and realized I was missing more after I left. I will never go back to this place again.

    Terrible customer service. They do not attempt to resolve any issues or apologize acting as if it is your fault….Always has the lobby closed. Manager won’t answer the phone to accept complaints about the drive thru.

    literally the worst location ive ever been to. rude service both to customers and couriers for delivery services. whoever runs the front window, especially whoever ran it tonight and the past few nights should be fired. her attitude was INSANE and the way you can keep a customer service job and speak to someone like that is insane😭... i missed out on my money and a customer missed out on her food. id personally NEVER order from here ever.... "oh you need to come to the lobby" and wait ten years like me and my friends who also deliver have previously??? lol no, especially not when its been closed the past two nights at 8pm. 🙄the other location has no problem giving it through the window.... its not difficult!

    This Wendy's will steal from you. Watch your receipt. Deals appear on their menu, they let you order them, but then charge you full price. I suspect the cashier is pocketing the difference. If you complain, you will be told that the deal has expired (though the Wendy's down the road still offers it), or that this location never participated (though it's on their menu board). Buyer beware!

    This particular location should not be called “Fast Food” it is more like “Sloth Speed Fast Food”. We have been to this location several times both for lunch and dinner. We have been at “slow times” and during their busiest time. And every time they are very frustrating slow. But hey at least they are consistent at something. And that is being slow….. to be fair, we only use the drive thru when we go. There is a possibility that going inside it better. However, the whole point of a drive thru is not only convenience but also “Fast”. It should not take us 30min-hour to get through the drive thru.

    I am actually sitting at the Wendys as we speak As soon as I rolled up to the drive thru window I was told I needed to wait and there was other people waiting. Also my order will not be ready for 15 min?? It's only 1 burger I ordered thru the app?. I have haven't been tp this location in awhile, and will not come back ever again. This store was not prepared for the day nor was the customer service even a 1 out of 10. Crazy and never expected such a Hassel for 1 burger.

    Sat in drive through for 10 minutes at 11pm. Finally gave up and decided to pull away and someone started to answer. Not sure what they were doing in there but we were the only customers present so it couldn’t have been work. Pay for a supervisor

    Every time I come here the employees are very rude. Tried to go inside to eat, but was told the lobby was closed although there were several people inside eating. Went through the drive thru and the girl was rushing us to order our food and was extremely rude. While ordering she ended up interrupting us and told us to just drive up to the window. Definitely not coming back again.

    Tonight was my 1st time doordashing for this customer. Had to wait 30 minutes after the fact that the order said ready for pickup. Highly disappointed at this location. I will never eat, dash, or recommend this location due to the horrible customer service. They can't even keep a new hire that wanted to take care of this order I was dashing for. What a shame. I feel bad for the family I could not deliver 😕 their food.

    My experience with Wendys has always been great and my food was always fresh and hot when I received it. However on this certain night an hour before they closed my experience was terrible. My. fries tasted like they have been sitting in grease all day and they were cold, also my nuggets were half cooked, and my burger was cold. I mean all the way down to the hamburger patty was cold. I think that this location needs to do better, because there shouldn't be any reason why food was cold an hour before closing.

    I went through the Drive Thru about 7:15pm today. When I went to pay for my food, they kept my card too long, then told me it declined. I have money on my card, and checked my account to make sure. But I said okay and gave them another card, the machine only took off half the payment. The manager, who had on a sleeping bonnet, caught an attitude when I said it only took off half of the payment and proved, yet again, that I had money on the card. She didn't want to swipe it again, but she finally did and the rest was taken off of my card. I told her nicely that something is wrong with their machine, and she rolled her eyes. As I was waiting for my food, I witnessed employees throwing food into each other's mouths around all the food being cooked. This is unsanitary and the manager was very rude. As someone who frequents this establishment, this is a let down. They're barely open these days, they close down before 7pm with no warning. This one needs new staff or just to be shut down at this point. My fries were cold and they didn't even give me the right burger.

    I had multiple coupons I wanted to use. I knew I probably wouldn't be able to use them all in one transaction, but it never hurts to ask. I couldn't get half way through my question without being interrupted with an abrasive NO! When she said my total I tried explaining I only wanted the sandwiches and not the combo, to which I was interrupted AGAIN saying my total would be adjusted at the window. I went back around and went inside to use my other two coupons and the cashier was inattentive with her arms over the computer and only separated two fingers to take my money when she called out my total (both times) times...whuch to me us just as rude. HIGHLY disappointed in this location and don't see myself going back! The only person I had a positive experience with was the girl that handed me my food at the window. She didn't have much to say but did tell me to have a nice day and had an apologetic/embarrassed look on her face.

    I don't really go here a lot, but the few experiences that I've had here have been good. Nice staff and fairly good food for fast food. Their presentation quality could use some work. I understand that it's fast food, but would it be too much to ask that my cheese not be a quarter on and 3/4 off my sandwich? Granted, I'll still eat it regardless. 😋

    Service was not good at all. Had to go through the drive thru because the lobby is closed. Can't dine in. Took forever to answer. Once I began ordering I was asking to hold on multiple times. After ordering I went to the window. My order was repeated to make sure it was right. Wasn't a big order or even a complicated one. Just asked for one of the burgers to be plain. Once we get our food. We see we are missing an item and that the "plain" burger wasn't plain. Had to walk up to the window to tell them it was incorrect because lobby doors were locked. Had to wait at the door for them to fix the issue.
