ANTS IN FOOD & crawling all over the wall. we wasted all of our food and they did nothing for the bill. still paid 75$ out of 90$. gross place and waitress was not shocked and laughed about the ants. do not recommend in the slightest, i can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

The food was great! I went on a wednesday, which means 50% off enchiladas. The waiter was nice and attentive. I will definitely come again!

Kevin was an awesome waiter. Got dinner and our orders came out incredibly quickly. The food was excellent. The salsa was delicious and spicy. I got ACP which was enough for 2 people. The texacano quesadilla was huge as well. We greatly enjoyed our experience.

I visit Mi Pueblo at less once every other week or sometimes weekly. The customer service is very nice I give it five stars, the cleanliness of the restaurant five stars & the wait time I give it five stars... I usually have a big order I'll wait no longer than 20 minutes every time. last but not least the food is great it's always fresh and hot. And the services with a smile I highly recommend

Our book club meets here quite often. Food is always excellent and we love the wild berry margaritas. Jimena is a very pleasant waitress and takes great care of us. There's always a to-go box as the servings are large. The patio is also great. We'll be back next month!

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in the Charlotte area. We've been coming here almost since it opened. My personal favorites are the papa mixta and shrimp tacos. We also love the golden chicken flautas, and the queso is always on point! It can get a little busy on weekend evenings, so I recommend eating early. Even if there is a wait, it's usually not to long... And well worth the wait. Enjoy!

I am big fan of Mi Pueblo. But unfortunately I'm never that impressed with this particular location. We arrived on a Monday night for dinner and were promptly seated. I ordered a vegetarian ACP. Even though it's not technically on the menu, I always order it at another location without issue. However, our served seemed really confused by the request. She did place the order though. The food arrived as requested. However, my husband was extremely disappointed with the chicken in his tequila chicken dish. He said there was no way that the chicken had been marinated overnight. It was flavorless and overcooked. The manager came over and agreed. She spoke to someone in the kitchen who basically confirmed that it had not been prepared as described. She did bring him a new chicken breast, which was better. Overall, not a horrible experience. But it somehow just always seems to miss the mark a bit.

I had the opportunity of eat at this place for both lunch and dinner and different occasions and the service is always great food really tasty with great presentation. Drinks are also good; something so simple as a street taco they make it a master pice of taste. Again the service goes a long way and their waitresses are really helpful and passionate about what they do.

I ordered to go tonight. First of all the young lady taking my order was sort of sassy and quite rude. I told her I wanted the chicken tacos and repeated it to her twice. When I arrived, she barely greeted me and asked for my payment. I paid, but when me and my wife drove home and got ready to eat it, my order contained beef burritos. No chicken. The burritos were sloppily rolled (apparently they cannot properly roll one). It also contained large chunky onions in the meat which I’m allergic to. Also these onions were not cooked and were semi raw. My chips were stale to boot. I recommend you consider going to El Vallarta or Logan’s Roadhouse and save your retirement money like me.

*Old review at bottom* Today we decided to go back and give this restaurant a second try. -Food just as tasty as last time (4 people, no tortillas offered, so it must be upon request? ) -got soft drinks and 1 tamarindo agua fresca, it was really tasty this time -hostess was helpful in accommodating us to our desired table, our server (Jocie) was very very nice, the place was quite full (lunch time) yet she made herself available to check up on us quite often -ticket arrived and it was very normal, no added tip, so we tipped our server based on her excellent service. She did, we did tip her $10 in cash. I wish the service was as good as the food.

So we got here and first off there was black fuzz from a towel in my drink. Next my husband ordered 3 beef and cheese tacos (hard shell) what he got is in the picture. The manager fixed everything and was great but service here is not good. Once the food came out correct is was good. Just need to hire people based on service abilities not looks.

Always have a good experience here. I have tried several of the dishes they have to offer and enjoyed them all. Service is usually good and staff is friendly. There has never been a wait when I have gone. Overall, great place to eat for lunch or dinner.

We drive from Harrisburg to this Mi Pueblo. Best Mexican in the area! Chris was our server and he was super attentive and very accommodating. ACP is my favorite. We'll definitely be back! Great service, great food.

We’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been so amazing! They’re quick and fresh and tonight was no different. Jared even brought my daughter’s food out first to let her get started before the adults food was ready and I loved that! Will continue to come in on a regular basis!

My wife and I ate at this restaurant on a Wednesday evening with some friends of ours. The service was good. The restaurant was clean. We both had Kearny Asada steak and it was pretty good. Rice and beans were good. Tortillas were terrible.

We stopped here for lunch on our way back from our road trip. Food was delicious. The ambient was pleasant and the servers/management were very attentive checking on the diners.

Very friendly staff! Everyone greets you with a smile and make you feel welcome. The food was ok. Large meals at affordable price. Great juices. We ask for tamarind juice and it is not artificial flavor and the size is about 34oz!!! 🤯 The place is very beautiful, the music makes you feel like in a tropical area of México, they give you the full hispanic experience 😌💃🏽🍹

Server was obviously preoccupied with something. I ordered a diet with no ice. I am a diabetic and was given regular Dr pepper with a bunch of ice. When I asked her to replace my drink with what I asked for it was diet but once again full of ice. The food did not taste like it was prepared correctly and the server continued her "excellent" service by not checking on the table. I used to love going to this establishment but I will not be returning until major changes are made.

Tables seated 10 minutes after us got their drinks before we got ours, but once they realized no one took our orders, they were on top of it. They did accidentally charge 2 extra margaritas to the bill, and had to get that removed. The food was real good, and the drinks were amazing.

Food is always great here. The bartenders are very good and personable. Maria and Chris are the best. The bar was missing music though today. Usually the music provides a different ambience/vibe from the rest of the restaurant. Hopefully the music will be back.

Service was great attentive, professional staff. Food was excellent! The amount of spice was perfect for what each person in our party ordered. Will definitely be returning!

Our dining experience was excellent. From the time we were seated until the time we walked out. The hostess who seated us was very pleasant. Martin was our server, and I'm glad he was our server. He was polite and kind. He was pleasant to talk to, as well as attentive to our needs. The food was very tasty and was plentiful in portion. We will be back.

The Mexican food is very authentic, spicy and delicious. My only preference would be my tortilla to be toasted until it was crispy. I'm not a fan of a soft tortilla. Service was excellent, restaurant is filled with day light (went in the afternoon) and we weren't rushed.

Excellent service, all of the employees are swift and friendly. I loved the interior design, it was open and has a lot of space. The food was also great! The portions I received were more than I expected to get, without a doubt my new favorite Mexican grill in town.

I can't give stars for something that is non-existent. This was our go-to restaurant in the past. Service used to be very good, attentive, and relatively speedy, even with the pandemic. The last time we went, we were promptly seated, and the chips/ salsa came out. Then we waited. . . and waited. . . and waited. Waitstaff scurried around, passing us many times. Nobody so-much-as paused to let us know they would be right with us... not even a glance in our direction. We waited approximately 15 minutes, and not a soul came to take our drink order at the least! We decided that there were too many other food options in the area to continue to sit there and decided to leave. We did not ever get customer service. We did not get any drinks or food, other than the chips n salsa . . . and as we were leaving the restaurant, a sarcastic staff at the desk near the exit loudly repeated "have a nice day sir" and laughed as we walked out. It was a horrid experience from what we used to consider one of our "go-to" spots. Good luck if you decide to go there. We are opting out for the foreseeable future.

The value for the price is hard to beat. There are some issues though, they have a lot of items that are out of stock. Another issue we had was that the wait service took a very long time to return and ask us if we wanted refills. Beyond that we had a very good time.

Always on point. Some of the most consistent menu items ever. I have not had anything off of the menu that I didn't love. Attentive service and great salsa. If you like spicy salsa, just ask. They will set you up.

Has become my favorite Mexican restaurant in North Carolina. Service is excellent. Options are numerous. Portions can vary depending on your appetite, which is great for my older parents. Everything we have tried has been excellent. My favorite is the fish tacos, but I like to try new things. Reasonable prices too!

Very good Mexican/Tex-Mex fare. Salsa was especially good, very flavorful. I enjoyed and appreciated the smaller lunch servings offered. My "Speedy Gonzalez" (1 taco, 1 enchilada, rice or beans) was very good, flavorful, and served speedily which I know is important to folks on a limited lunch break. Very attentive and attentive service too.
