    The people here are seriously the laziest people. They are rude anytime you ask for anything such as sauce that they have forgotten to put in your bag. The line is always long and takes 20 minutes or longer for 3 cars, and your lucky if your order is right. It wouldn’t be that bad if customer service wasn’t so bad, but the bare minimum isn’t even there. My husband asked for extra cheese on a taco and they threw it next to the taco and wrapped it? And had an attitude about it. BARE MINIMUM.

    VERY VERY VERY HORRIBLE... NOT ONLY DID THEY CRAM ALL OUR FOOD IN THIS BAG BUT THEY ALSO FAILED TO PUT EVERYTHING THAT WE ORDERED IN THE BAG. IT WAS MY FAULT FOR EVEN PULLING OFF TO CHECK BUT AFTER ASKING THEM TWICE I JUST BELIEVED THEM WHICH WAS A BIG MISTAKE. THE LADIES WHO RAN THE DRIVE THRU HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT OBVIOUSLY THE OTHER TEAM MEMBERS WERE DEFINITELY NOT ON BOARD. SMH

    I was on Kannapolis I decide to stop by tacobell to get some food I found a restaurant super clean and organize more than any tacobell I ever been and I used to work for tacobell in diferent locations. The manager very professional the crew. Very nice and polite the food was. The right temperature the right portions. Just the way I recuested. And presentation was good. I highly recommend this tacobell go and check it out. Great job. Team I’ll be back again It was outstanding experience !

    I spent my ENTIRE lunch break waiting on my food...and I even ordered ahead. I'm generally patient and I understand that everyone is short staffed but all I ordered was a vegetarian burrito and some rice and beans... I attempted to go through the drive thru, I was the 3rd car in line and after sitting in line for 10 minutes I decided to just go inside bc it wasn't moving. Went inside, food is still not ready and I had already told them who I was picking up for. Waited for about 25 more minutes and finally got my food. The car in the front of the line left about 5 minutes before I did so instead of moving them they just held up the line and when I left there was a drive thru line about 10 cars deep. The staff was barely moving, barely trying, I think a snail could've moved faster. I personally don't think reviews do a lot of good but I thought someone might read this and not waste their entire lunch break. 🥲

    This used to be a great Taco Bell until recently. After waiting 30 minutes outside for a curb order. Finally walked into to see a worker nodding off making food. This is the furthest thing from getting your food fast

    Taco Bell isnt Taco Bell Nomore, everything I liked they took away or only sells once in a blue moon, or you have to use the app to order what you wanted because its only sold thru the app. Very Disappointed In Taco Bell

    This place was rude and nobody came to the counter when I said hello several times. The lady at the drive thru was not very pleasant and when I asked her name she refused and she got smart with me, not very professionalat all.. Both managers on duty did not know what to do. I told one manager that I will call in myself since she did not have the companies phone number. This place was not clean, the floor was a mess and I told them I was not going to order anything and walked out.

    I like Taco Bell as a whole, you can get a decent amount of food for the price and it’s pretty decent most of the time. This Taco Bell has given me slow service at best at infuriated me at worse, last night my place lost power due to a massive storm and so I decent I’d get Taco Bell since I’d have food for tomorrow, went and parked cause I’d rather go inside due to my driver side window or rolling down, despite the dining room being literally nearly full the doors were locked (a full hour before they are scheduled to) so I bite the bullet and decide to use the drive thru, I tried to order the Burrito and Taco craving box (4 5-layer beef burritos and 4 taco) lot of food I know but like I said some for tomorrow, the lady in the drive thru kept telling me they don’t serve that anymore and listed a bunch of alternatives that weren’t even similar to what I was trying to order, so I just pulled out of the line and went and got Cook-out. P.S don’t forget to check your bag before you leave, I order same burrito box and got shorted 2 whole burritos and corporate never even reached out to me, so make sure you have what you ordered before you leave here All in all if you can order online or inside it’s not terrible, but majority of the staff seem to not care about the customers and are constantly closing the dining room early even if you’re just there to pick up an online order.

    They got no problem taking the order and the money then waiting till you show up to tell you they won't make the food then telling you you have to go online to get your money back. I will give the rude 24 Year old dude some credit, he made it super easy to never go back there again

    I order here almost once a week. The food has good taste but there is nothing on it. I ordered 2 grilled cheese steak burritos and there is nothing on there. You would think I’m a vegetarian. 6 pieces of steak. Really ridiculous considering how much food is already. It is always either burnt or nothing on there!

    I love Tavo bell, and this one has always been pretty good, service wise and quality of food. Every time I go there and go through the drive thru, I get Diet Mountain Dew. And for the past 6 months or more, EVERY TIME, the syrup/carbonation is off. I don't just mean slightly, I mean it's un-drinkable every time. If I want a good tasting Diet Mountain Dew, I have to go inside and get my own drink, which is hard when you have a toddler in the car too. And I calorie count, so I need the diet, not regular. I understand having temporary issues, but this has been a long standing issue now. I know in the big scheme of life this isn't a big deal. It's just been so annoying I had to say something lol

    It's just more or less overall an "alright" restaurant. In my opinion, there's nothing special about this taco bell in the slightest. One day, I had to go through the drive thru lane 3 times because they kept messing up my order. They're also slow compared to other taco bells I've been to.

    I gave them five stars they actually got my order right first time in five years. Isaac did a good job he has good manners to hard to find in today's fast food restaurants. The drive thru was fast to it was amazing.

    I came in yesterday craving some Taco Bell because I haven’t ate it in a while. I pulled up to the Taco Bell next to the Walmart and their customer service was just terrible, they would not take my order… so I came to this one… wow what great service I received, they were very friendly, I could they were short because there was only four people i there, the four people in there were just the best they were really friendly, they were fast, and they had the best attitude I’ve ever seen!

    My order was all wrong I asked for no tomatoes on my chalupa they pile on the tomatoes you can’t tell what is what are burritos was wrong the craving boxes don’t come in a box I waited almost two hours to get my food . I suggested you need to retrain your employees and hire more people for Friday and Saturday n Sunday nights

    Short staffed so I feel their pain, but I've been standing here inside at the register for a mobile pick up that's not ready and haven't been acknowledged at all. Going on 5 minutes currently of awkwardly standing here.

    Best experience at this location. Donald was great, give him and whoever else was working tonight a raise. Made sure order was right before moving on, asked about sauces, and was in and out of the drive thru fast. 👌Star dropped only because they were out of lettuce and tomato and we didn't know until we pulled out.

    Very slow service and workers with attitudes!! I know a lot of these restaurants are short staffed sometimes but you should still try to be nice to every customer that walks in the door.I stood there for at least 10 or 15 minutes before an employee even spoke to me.Very unprofessional and slack

    I understand being short staffed. But it took me almost 30 mins to get my 3 item order. When it finally became available another man was given my bag of which he went through with his hands, realized wasn’t his, and then he gave it back to the employee who then just crumbled up the bag, no offer to remake or even an apology. I grab my order, and none of it is correct. Unfortunately did not have another 30 mins to sit around and wait on the correction. I don’t care that much, it’s just $10, but felt compelled to write this as a way of documenting how poor of an experience it was. Taco Bell should 1000% go robotic.

    Any and every time I come here this store is never opened on time. I get that people are short staffed but every single time I come? When I got here two employees had just walked in. As soon as they walked in they locked the doors so no one could get inside leaving one customer to walk away. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru with 4 other cars and no one has been helped. This has been the WORST store for this. After sitting in the Drive-Thru for 23 minutes the lady in the car behind me stated she called and “they aren’t opened yet, it’ll be a late start” No one ever said that over the intercom and they will let you sit there… If i was going to get breakfast I would do to the one on Spider drive!
