I just moved to KCK and this is the only clinic that’s in range within the area I’m in. They’re not accepting new patients only newborns. Every other clinic is literally 10 miles or more from where I’m at. Why open a pediatric clinic if your not willing to provide help to all children? Makes no sense.

The doctor is good with my son

We take our grandson here and we are so pleased with the care we receive. The dr. takes his time to answer our questions and the nurses are very kind and helpful. From the front desk on we receive great service.

I’ll never take my kids here again. The people upfront and the nurses were kool but the doctor, Lucy Lot.. She was rude, she seemed to either be tired of her job or not really in the mood. A lot of unnecessary questions and comments. I was taught to respect my elders and I teach my kids the same so we didn’t say much but some older people like to take advantage of that. My kids said she was mean for no reason. The energy and vibes were not good. Mean woman, never ever again! No need to respond, it happened and it can’t be tooken back.

Cannot say enough good things about my son's appointment here. Everyone was so kind and dr. Kumaresan was amazing and really listened. Such an incredible service to low income families like myself to be able to have such thorough and high quality care.

I don't know if it's just my child.. but some of the drs are nice but my daughter was pushed out after being traumatized last Tuesday by the staff on duty because they couldn't get blood to see what was going on with her stomach .. the young girl that did the covid and flu test just shoved the qtip up there leaving her screaming and crying the young girls that tried to take her blood just seamed like they wanted to get it over with where not patient or kind while my kid was strapped down . One of the young ladies seamed new and wasn't sure what she was doing but after stabbing her and twisting to get blood drawn after I told them they aren't gonna be able to they still tried turning around and said you are gonna have to come back. We left got home and 30 min later her fever went up to 102.5 .. took her to KU where she stayed till Friday so 4 days in the hospital they thought it was her apindx turned out to be a bad kidney infection. But according to the Dr on duty that day said she seamed fine the way she was moving around.. I will not be bringing my kid back here ill be getting her records transferred to a better place that actually cars for our children. This place is a joke and a waste of time and money😡😡😡

Very poor place. if you want to reschedule your appointment, you have to wait another months even if it is their mistake to put your appointment in the right order. Also now she, the one who picks up the phone knows my phone number, and hangs up on call. I try a lot of times, but still she doesn't want to reschedule. Her name is Lizz

When it's urgent, they give you an appointment the same day and I like that.
