Whenever we want to treat our desi food loving guests we take them to Angeethi. We love this place especially the makhni and prawn karahai is really really good. The service is also really nice the serving size is decent too. Its really small and due to that you have to wait and it tends to get a little Loud. Other than that the we have always enjoyed the food here.

If you want to eat delicious well served, well presented and well cooked food then Angheeti is one of the best choice in Karachi. Food is economical with good ambiance. Card payment accepted here with parking space available on service road. ATM available in neighbourhood.

Succulent food! Can get discounts on bogo and hbl cards too. The food, ambiance everything is just excellent! One of my favourite places! Similar taste to daily Dubai and almost comparable prices, Authentic bbq place! Ordered reshmi handi and reshmi kebab total damage around 2500 for two. Not recommended on weekends almost has waiting for an hour on weekends.

Crampy is how I would describe the place. Food is good but pricey, so one doesn't get good value for money if you're paying the full bill. If it's with a Card discount then that's a better deal. Serving size is also small hence the ratings

The dining area is pretty small considering the location, due to which the waiting is sometimes too long. The food is a bit expensive but sure is amazing. Ordered cheese naan in starter along with plain fries and chicken corn soup. Soup could be better but the rest of the items were good. Main course had a chicken tikka, spicy and perfectly cooked followed by a paneer reshmi handi and a makhni handi, both were extremely good and the flavour was perfect. The last BBQ item was shangrila boti which was the star of the show. The chicken was perfectly soft and flavoured and with a topping of their sauce, mayo and cheese. A must try item I must say. The experience was good and the staff was very friendly too.

Angeethi serves taste in desi items as it is its specialty. We ordered chicken karahi, chicken Handi and two items in starter. All of them tasted were very well and served hot and fresh.

Angethi is known for its BBQ. In Ramadhan had Iftar cum dinner in Rs. 1850 & ~1000 for kids below 12. They serve an Iftar platter and for dinner have a selected menu. They also offer unlimited jam e Shereen n Lassi which is nice. Iftar menu include fried finger fish, Malai Boti, chicken Tanduri, seekh Kabab, Peshawri karahi, mutton & chicken. Two type of sweets and few other items. Seating is on service lane which is reasonably acceptable.

Yesterday, we decided to have our Iftar at Angeethi Shahbaz DHA. We were the first to enter, and managed to reach 30 min before Iftar. While we were sitting they started fumigating the place due to alot of mosquitoes, flies and others. Though we entered first we were last to be served with Iftar plater, only 30 sec earlier than Iftar time. Iftar platter was ok, they need to add fruits & Onion rings along with replacing large Aalo samosa with small one. A fly got the chance to take a swim in my Lasi, which was not replaced to me with the new one after I returned it back. After offering namaz on road we were served with BBQ plater, I had informed earlier to serve Karhai with Garabi in dinner first as they do not have buffet table, which was served late and was only able to grab one chicken rib bot only. I had waved waiters 2 or 3 times but all of them were standing on other side and I feel embarrassed to wave for which they don't respond. There were 10 tables and with the same number of waiters were unable to serve. While paying the bill I told them that I was not served properly and where is Plao (rice) for which they have no answer. In short it was a complete waist of money to have buffet of Rs 2,300/person because they will make sure that you don't get a food of more than Rs 💯0.

The ambiance is good but the place is too small that's why it becomes extremely noisy, plus the music played was also too loud. The food's taste was just average. Ordered chicken kabab handi which tasted just ok, beef bihari was good and soup was also ok. Overall, I would not like to visit the place again.

A very decent facility with nice ambiance. Angethi at shahbaz Commercial offers variety of dishes. Fish and prawns BBQ as well as fried and with gravy. Chicken and mutton karahi in different variant. The taste of few items is very good and some are normal. The Garlic and Roghni naan were excellent in taste. Freshly baked with proper oil. Raita and salad were also good and nicely presented. They also serve rolls like malai boti roll beef behari roll with other roll varieties. The prices are little on higher side

Good food. Chicken Makhni is absolutely delicious but the BBQ is something that needs some working. Otherwise, an excellent place to have desi lunch/dinner with your family and friends.

We were inspired by the platters that were advertised on Facebook but missed a crucial detail that it’s only for delivery. If you are following the same inspiration then please keep this in mind. Also, for the platters, you have to order at least one day in advance. Service: We ordered a barbq platter and separately Afghan boti. They promised 20 minutes for serving but the order was served after 40 minutes that too after constant reminders. The waiters would plainly lie about the service time. Food quality: Afghani boti was awesome. I would order it any day. The platter looked amazing. Sadly, this is where the good experience ended. All the items on the platter were below average. The spices were all over the place. This is perhaps the last time I went to the place.

Well I am a bit disappointed with my waiter , who kept saying I am ordering to less his tone was rude as I don’t want to spend money, my bill was 13500/- , later he refused to make two bills , everyone does it. The helpers in service were very nice. They did not take reservation even though on their display picture it’s written for reservations. They made us wait 20 min which is fine. Chicken handi 9/10 Mutton kerahi 7/10 “ the meat had smell. Beef seekh kabab 3/10 obvious smell Hummus 9/10 Garlic nan 10/10 too costly though at 100 rs per piece Fish and chips 8/10 Rates are high / even with good bank discount expect to pay a lot Overall my experience because of that one waiter is 3/5 else would have been 4 /5 I will not go back to this restaurant

Angeethi never disappoints. The service is fast, ambiance is great at all locations, price point is fair and above all, each and every item that we got a chance to order was a splendid culinary experience.

Fresh new take on Desi food love the freshness.

Food and service was good but cutlery was not upto the mark. Spoons were very rough Glass in which they served mint lemonade its bottom was broken from one side. Staff needs more training. Overall Taste of Chicken strips, Hummus, Handis and BBQ was very good except their sizzling boti which is not worth trying.

Finallly experienced Angeethi in person What did we order? Chicken Reshmi Handi Kabab Handi Brain Masala Kat-a-kat Chicken Sizzler All the dishes were good, but the handi's turned out to be the best. I failed to take pictures of all the dishes since we were super hungry. Will definitely come again :). Total 16 K for 11 people.

Absolutely pathetic! We were 9 guests who waited for our turn. Paid in full. Our appetisers were half forgotten. The main food came after an hour. Our food was cold. Before we were done eating the waiters started picking up our plates. When we told them we’re still eating, they repeated the behaviour again later. We were requesting them for our requirements and barely anyone was listening. Above all before we were done eating our deserts they asked us to leave because there are other guests waiting outside. We had paid our bill and the waiter said that we need to leave. And they kept asking us to hurry up knowing that we had an elderly with us because we were blocking the way, although there was ample space for them to walk around. Absolutely disrespectful! Angeethi should be ashamed for calling themselves a “family” restaurant! Just because you’re running well doesn’t mean you forget your bloody manners!

Loved the bbq order chicken tikka, chicken bihari kebab and bbq shashlik (couldn't take pic) everything was fresh and tasty.

Food was well cooked and good in taste. However, wouldn't say there was any wow factor I tried their makhni handi and BBQ platter. Ambiance was nice but felt meat odour in the sitting area which was a little turn off. Service was excellent as the food was served timely and staff was courteous.

The food overall was good but bihari kabab was a little flat

We ordered chicken bihari but in actuality it was just plain chicken grilled and it smelled uncooked and tasteless. The chicken tandoori kababs were good in taste. Chicken reshmi rolls were just as tasteless. The overall food experience was not good at all.

Very bad experience not worth the amount I spend. Peshaweri Karahi was ordered but what we got was boiled chicken in salt and pepper and chunks of tomato. Roti was delivered after complaining that it is not crispy as requested earlier. Service was at its lowest grade as waiters realized that since the quality of food is not so great nobody bothered to ask if we need anything else. Overall not recommended for desi Pakistani food lovers. The only good thing was Qeema Naan which kept its quality and taste

While its atmosphere is 5 star, its food may disappoint you being just ordinary stale. We ordered chicken karahi, Tikka, bihari, boti, Afghani boti, fries, among others, and only the fries and Afghani boti were delicious, ie, everyone wanted these.

Delivery not to be taken as you are likely to be receiving burnt out roti or paratha. Only to be found out about this when you reach home. Now you don't want to come back for a replacement as it's too long. Precious time wasted. Kindly check your food and chutneys before you leave the premises.

This is not my first time coming to Angeethi. The food is absolutely fantastic. The Beef Kabab Makhni, the chops and the afghani boti are my recommended items here. The service is quick, food is fresh and the staff is very professional. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back.

I visited Karachi and specially went to angeethi in late afternoon, ordered makhni handi with piping hot nans, it was delicious. There was too much noise and movements from workers which disturbee the ambiance apart from that it was a mouth water experience.

One of the worse Chicken Bihari and Malai boti, I have ever eaten. Mutton karahi was ok. Chicken Makhani Handi and Chicken Tikka Nan were good and delicious.

A hit or miss place. Sometimes it's very good and some days about mediocre. Meat was not cooked good or perhaps overcooked. Were not able to get a couple of basics with a very nonconvincing reason.in spite of us being the only ones in the restaurant at the time, the service was very slow and we were just a party of 2 !!

Nice ambiance, very tasty food. Pakistani cuisine is available at it optimum cooked delicious level. Soup is also good, it was like made in house instead of using any knorr types so has different tastes than other restaurants. Hot n sour it is, prawn masala was good, karahi mutton n chicken both, bihari boti cooked to right level, so bar b q platter did not disappoint as well.

Jan 12 2022, Today I decided to try out Angeethi MUTTON Peshawari Karahi. The food arrived and peshawari karahi was AWFUL. Angeethi really disappointed me. After all the hype, Peshaweri karahi really was just another Saalan/gravy soup. Gravy is NOT NEEDED in Peshaweri karahi. MUTTON Peshawari Karahi was more like MUTTON saalan. The food flavor was over powered with Ginger and scent of old goat meat. That's not all, Meat was not cooked properly, some was overcooked and other was undercooked. It seemed like food was prepared in a rush. The head chef didn't prepare this meal properly. I will not be recommending Angerthi to any of friends or family.

My first visit to Angeethi was worth every single penny of it. BBQ was fresh and juicy and moderate spicy. Daal and naans were also excellent. Qeema was ok. Qeema naan was delicious and crispy. Serving size was also good. Overall excellent experience.

I ordered chef special daal first time it was very very delicious then i ordered second time but taste was opposite. Totally tasteless spice-less it was and quantity was also less, they apologised on our complaint and assured us better taste on next order. On third order the same happened, bad/worst taste and french fries were also not fresh. So don’t waste your time on them but yes I would like to mention one thing they returned our money and took their parcel back on our demand so that was only thing good about them.
