Our
stay
at
this
historic
hotel,
which
oozes
with
a
rich
and
captivating
history
was
less
than
perfect.
The
allure
of
the
beautiful
bricks
and
remarkable
architecture
immediately
catches
your
eye.
The
views
from
the
hotel
are
absolutely
breathtaking,
offering
stunning
vistas
that
leave
you
in
awe.
However,
as
enchanting
as
the
physical
aspects
of
this
hotel
are,
I
couldn't
help
but
feel
a
certain
lack
of
spirit
and
soul
during
my
stay.
The
hotel
exudes
an
air
of
self-awareness
about
its
own
beauty,
yet
it
falls
short
in
terms
of
warmth
and
friendliness.
During
our
stay,
we
encountered
a
few
issues
that
left
a
blemish
on
an
otherwise
promising
experience.
We
decided
to
bring
up
our
concerns
with
the
management,
and
to
be
fair,
they
did
address
our
complaints
and
offered
us
some
discounts
as
a
gesture
of
goodwill.
However,
the
situation
took
an
unsettling
turn
when,
during
the
process
of
addressing
our
concerns,
the
hotel
mistakenly
attempted
to
double
charge
us.
Thankfully,
our
bank
intervened,
and
the
duplicate
payments
did
not
go
through.
This
incident
raised
questions
about
the
internal
operations
and
competence
of
the
hotel's
management.
In
summary,
this
hotel
is
undeniably
beautiful
and
steeped
in
history,
but
its
service
quality
leaves
much
to
be
desired.
It's
akin
to
encountering
a
stunning
individual
who
is
fully
aware
of
their
beauty
but
lacks
the
effort
to
connect
on
a
deeper
level.
While
the
aesthetic
charm
is
undeniable,
the
tarnished
service
experience
is
a
significant
drawback.
