This hotel is closed. Locals say it was closed during pandemic after workers union unrest. Annapurna Arcade is still functioning.

It's located at a busy street. Most of the branded showrooms are at a walking distance. Rooms were big and luxurious. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was nice. It was a great stay. One of the best hotels in Kathmandu.

I stayed here for a couple of days. They greeted me with a traditional welcome drink. They provide amazing service and a very comfortable and fine accommodation. They have a pool and a fine dining. Breakfast was complimentary as well as amazing. Free wifi and two complimentary bottles of water every morning. My room also had a mini bar. The hotel is in the heart of the city, so the major places were not too far. Highly recommended.

It was a five star hotel. I was staying in presidential suite 3035 and my parents were staying in club rooms. So staff here was just asking tips for every small things I asked them to do. Even if I refuse to pay, they gently told me that there are many things they can charge for. Otherwise it was a nice hotel. Beautiful rooms with lots of happy hours offers. In my suit they have provided breakfast in my room only. That was awesome. Tea, coffee and fruits were complimentary. If they can improve staff, it will be a good hotel to stay in. I moved to yak and yeti then after:)

The hotel is very good. The environment is quite and peaceful. Decoration and management is better in comparison with similar hotels. The dining area is clean and well decorated. main problem of this area is parking however if you're thinking to go there you don't need to worry. well managed parking area is their plus point. The staffs are kind and respectful to customers. The food is also very delicious moreover they offer Verity with separate Indian, chinis and other restaurants. They didn't made us very long for serving the order. Sound and peaceful live instrumental music helps you to forget all the stress and relax. The violent was my favourite. To add, this place is kids friendly and wheelchair assessable. I'd highly recommend this place if you're looking for fine dining or family dinner.

Disclaimer: This review is based on a recent visit to the establishment and does not reflect any experience related to hotel accommodations. As I stepped into this hotel after almost three decades, memories flooded my mind, and a wave of nostalgia washed over me. Walking through the main entrance and into the lobby, I couldn't believe my eyes. Time had marched on, leaving its mark on everything it touched. The once grand and glorious days of this hotel seemed to have faded away, but amidst the changes, there was something that caught my attention—the meticulous preservation of the lobby. The lobby, like a time capsule, held onto the echoes of laughter, conversations, and shared moments from years gone by. It was a bittersweet sight, a reminder of the past and a testament to the passage of time. The aging walls, the vintage furniture, and the elegant chandeliers whispered tales of a bygone era. However, as I gazed beyond the lobby, my heart sank. The hotel, once a bustling hub of activity and a symbol of prestige, had now transformed into a mere space for parking. The rooms that were once filled with guests seeking comfort and luxury now stood empty, their doors closed, and their windows covered in a shroud of silence. Yet, amidst this melancholic scene, a flicker of hope ignited within me. I yearned for the management to take notice, to recognize the potential for revival, and to breathe new life into this fading gem. The charm and glory that once defined this hotel could be resurrected, captivating the hearts of new generations and reigniting the flames of its former glory. In my heart, I hold onto the memories of what this hotel once represented—a place of warmth, hospitality, and unforgettable experiences. It is my sincere wish that the management will hear this plea, and with passion and dedication, undertake the task of restoring this place to its former grandeur. May the winds of change bring a revitalization, so that future visitors can step into this hotel and be swept away by the charm and allure that once enchanted us all.

Located just by the bus park area, food and room was okay. AC doesn't work properly or their AC are low quality 😕

It's very nice hotel in heart of Kathmandu. Room are very clean and staff are very friendly specially fond desk officer. Building are little bit old but historically. I was lovely to stay last trip. Foods test also very nice. There are situated world famous brand and cinemas.

Well decorated, clean and well maintained, although the building design is a little of a classic. I visited just for a reception. So I won't comment about rooms. Staffs are friendly. But the space is not sufficient for a huge crowd of party people. Parking space is very good. It's situated in the heart of all shopping option, so you can get anything to shop if just step out for a stroll.

The food is excellent and the space is grand. Located in the heart of the city. you can walk to the nearby famous places and taxi is available 24X7. The rooms are neat and comfortable. The AC wasn't working as it works with the ambient temperature. That's the problem one can face.
