A pleasant mid-range hotel which is not super-modern, but smart enough and most importantly - very clean. The service was very personable and excellent with a good bar, restaurant and coffee shop. A nice spa with very reasonable priced treatments was welcome. The location is central and good for browsing and exploring the safe streets. A nice, good-value, clean option.

A good hotel in Thamel area. It is nice rooms and facilities. The restaurant serves halal food. Breakfast isn't that great but the normal order from the restaurant are good. Location is great for the hotel. The staffs are very mannered. Spa is also very good, spa people are well trained. Though pricing of the spa is quite high. Overall it is a good experience.

Good place to stay.. rooms are comfy and quite spacious. Cupboard with safe is also available. Food is delicious and the restaurant space is cool. Staff is way too cooperative, either FO, Room service, restaurant and even the security personal.. all deserve applaud... Enjoyed my stay.

One of the dirtiest and unhygienic places I have stayed. Witnessed with my own eyes the cleaners take our used cups rinse them in the sink (after cleaning our toilet) with her hands, dry them with a used towel and put them back. No soap. The amount of dust coming from the AC and ants we saw was quite disgusting. Close to a lot of great restaurants but would not recommend staying here based on general hygiene and very poor upkeep. It is worth spending a bit more and staying in a location that has proper cleaning procedures and maintains the room cleanliness. Breakfast wasn’t bad though…

Yatri and buddy hotel has been merged in one.. If you are going to book there , confirm with them to book your rooms in yatri suite part of the building .. the rooms at the buddy hotel side are not up to the mark.. overall location is perfect.. in the centre.. service is good..

Room service is very bad service. I am staying in this hotel for 2 night. Today's three times I call room service for suger & milk pouch & napkin with soap but till room service person nobody's come and replying. Very bad experience...

I stayed at Yatri Suites & Spa for four nights during my recent visit to Nepal. The room was excellent! Spacious, nice big bed, hot shower, good bathroom facilities. Breakfast was also excellent! A nice variety of food, both cold and hot, and very tasty. Rate was very reasonable and location is within walking distance of Ratna Park and the Garden of Dreams. If you don't mind a nice city walk for about 45 minutes to an hour, you can walk to Swayambhu Temple (The Monkey Temple) and Durbar Square. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will be staying here next year!

Staff is excellent. Initially assigned noisy room at the kitchen and request to change. Happy they changed in 5 min. Rooms are specious. Healthy breakfast. Cappuccino is so refreshing…

The spa is nice but they need to supply bigger slippers and underwear.

The room was good. Washroom wasn’t clean enough. The breakfast buffet seemed to ok ok. Wi-Fi was breaking most of the time . Location is at the prime area. Walkable distance to many restaurants and shops for shopping.

Service is great, the staff are very kind and attentive. Unfortunately for me, my TV stopped working during the two times I stayed there. I was told they were currently without a maintenance man, and they moved me to another room. Not a big deal. There is some construction going on. Looks like they are adding a 6th floor. The frustrating part of it is that the works happens at night, and I heard the workers singing, and hammering and making all kinds of noise all night long. 😫

If youre thibkibg of stsyibg here, think again. Looks so much better in pictures. Rooms smell of damp. Loud construcrion on 5th floor. Thr lobby is dirty and untide and it just gets worse once you step out of the elevator.

Rooms are clean but a bit dated. Breakfast spread is good. Combines both local and international options. Service is really good. Quick check-in and check-out. The hotel's locations in Thamel makes other places in the area very accessible by walking.

The hotel room is not maintained well .. all the room paint is worse condition … I didn’t try the food here because I didn’t find any standard on hotel . The staff keep on changing here .. need maintenance and proper cleaning as it says its 4 star hotel

Excellent service, sumptuous food with 3 types of restaurants to choose from- Italian, Chinese & Indian. The Indian restaurant staff most courteous esp the service girl Aneesha. Very prompt service & a super smiling face. Will luv to visit again & again.

The hotel is quiet big and has quiet good decor and feels premium. Our stay had been really comfortable with good clean rooms and good room decor. The hotel houses three restaurants with Chinese, Italian and Indian cuisine to offer and food they serve is really amazing. Further more to cater to your sweet tooth they have a bakery with fresh bakes I really liked the donuts and the chocolate pastry. So to conclude the stay would be worth the price with all the comfort you will be getting.

An excellent hotel that really makes you feel at home. I was a solo traveller and a little nervous and every single staff member made me feel safe, welcome and at home. The rooms are lovely with very comfortable beds and very clean. The housekeeping staff do a wonderful jobs and are always friendly. The breakfast is quite good and included in the price of a room and the manager Keshab greets you every morning with a smile and a chat. I would recommend Yatri to anyone.

This hotel has excellent service. The staff was great at check in and very helpful with all our needs. The room is super clean and comfortable. I loved that they had a queen bed and twin for my family of 3. The ac drains into the shower, which is not great, but that is the only negative thing I can say about the hotel. We will definitely be back.

It's in a husky bushy area of thamel, kathmandu, Service was slow, when booked this shows a swimming pool but when actually enquired their is no pool. So lot of things to be rechecked. I personally didn't like the room even.

I booked a room for 2 days, Upon arrival at reception at I had terrible humiliating experience ever. Reception boy named Bishal Gurung , most rubbish n undisciplined hospitality person Ive ever met asked to pay first , i said why is this?, cant i pay at checkout? he shouted at me saying its their hotel policy. I requested me to talk with manner but his expression was worth noting. He almost get physical to me. There was no incharge or manager to talk to with or to solve my problem. It was a late night but i had no option to leave. Plz teach ur staffs manner n discipline because hospitality business need patience and dedication. Never again . Horrible experience.

Location was good but service was awful. No towel at the room, bathroom still dirty, wifi breaking, no water. I have no idea how they are 4-stars hotel. Nor recommended at all.

There’s gyser problem in each and every room. Tried very hard and took 2 hours to upgrade the rooms which has hot water. Else rooms are nice , staff is helping, breakfast was fantastic. And dinner was incredible. Giving 4 stars for their amazing chef and minus one star for gyser problem.

Everything was good except we did not get hot water to bathe in the bathroom. Even after several reminders daily, they could not fix the problem. Kathmandu is cold in winter and without hot water available, it was not a nice experience. We had to boil water several times in the small electric kettle to take a bath. Sad.

Everything was just perfect, the decorum and everything. But afterall what you need is great cup of tea in the morning after a good sleep of night but they did not provided milk powder with the tea bags, water and kettle when i asked i was told that milk is not provided along with the tea bags, you will have too have black tea only or else you have to purchase milk from us. Ridiculous So i would suggest you to carry your milk sachets before you chevk in if you don't want to spoil your morning. So I'm stealing 1 star for the tea.
