Worst hotel ever….😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡Yesterday I lost my charger from this hotel room.. I asked multiples time but they don’t care about it. They said we are not responsible for your charger.. mannerless staff.. guys please don't keep your wallet, phone, charger in the room.. once you left or lost anything in the room they don't give you back staff will take it so called thief.. bad experience till now please don’t trust them they all are thief.. you guys all are thief mannerless staff.. you guys don’t know how to deal with your guest… you guys are so rude😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Notes : if the lost item is found during the guest’s stay in the hotel, the hotel room service is obliged to give it back to the owner. My favourite place ever to stay in Kathmandu, since 2 years I always and only come here (for weeks at a time, so I know the place well and can write a honest review) I like the Pleasure Home Hotel, because rooms are nice, on the stylish side; beds are always spotless clean, room is clean, always have real hot shower does not matter how is the temperature outside. Common areas have so good vibe and well though out interieur, especially the beautifully green, quiet rooftop! They have a fantastic restaurant (Ichiban -they have Japanese, Nepali and Western dishes), and soon will open their very own Fire Pizza!!! 😁 Coffee is great also, as the ladies seem to have serious barista skills. I want to tell that the Staff is amazing. They are very professional, polite and modest people. They never miss to ask me how I am and if I am happy with everything, it feels good, they feel genuinely kind and all are very attentive. Cleaning ladies are supercute and kindly offer to clean my room whenever they see Im leaving for a walk, but never disturb if I sleep late 😅 Location is super, in Thamel. Safe street with shops keeping open until late evening (both small snackshops around the Hotel operate with honest, local prices). Can not wish for more. Love this place!!! My Home in Nepal :) 💜🙏

Well located hotel with a really nice manager, We originally booked a certain type of room and the manager gave us a more comfortable one. The only issue was that we didn't have hot water for shower during our two days stay.

Kind and helpful staff and nice services. The room was comfortable and clean. Moreover they have a cool roof-top!

Location is good. But the rooms and services were quite bad as per the pricing. We were allotted a different room despite having confirm booked ticket. Not so suggested for staying. Will probably get better hotels at same or cheaper rates.

This became my home in Nepal. Prem and all the staff are so gentle. Always a bottle of water waiting, hot shower and comfy beds. Prem became a brother to me. If you're looking for a nice, normal place for budget price, this is it. Also, Prem organizes tours!!! Good ones!!!

Amazing location, brilliant staff ( super friendly and happy to help ) overall had a great experience. Air con and fan in the room which is needed with the heat of Nepal and the roof top was cool as well. Deffo worth stopping by here if I’m nepal/thamel

We had a last minute plan to stay the night in Thamel, decided to check in to this hotel, it was worth the price, we paid. Our receptionist Ashish(night receptionist) was superb, he made sure we were accomodated well enough even if it was only for the night. Thank you for your great service :) We will be back for sure :)

Top notch place to stay. Dorm & restrooms are very nice & clean & hot water showers are amazing after trekking. The service staff & manager Prem Thapa are super hospitable. Common areas are social & well maintained. Great quality & value all around, along with a great location in the middle of Kathmandu's tourist central area.

The staff were very helpful especially Mr. Raman who helped me a lot, clean rooms and excellent services and very near to all shops and restaurants, also nearby to museums and historical sites and the food was good and great value for money, nice accomodations and highly recommendable hotel, everything was great and I would surely choose it again next time I visit Kathmandu.

This is a beautiful hotel, there is a cafe on the ground floor, here you will get fire pizza along with coffee, it is very tasty, you can try it. There is a beautiful little rooptop where you can sit and watch the whole of Kathmandu while enjoying your drinks and food.

Nepal in general is such a warm & friendly country and to experience a few nights stay at Hotel Pleasure and Home made my experience evenmore pleasurable. The staff are always more than willing to accommodate your every need 24/7. The food tastes and is well prepared and plated appealingly to the eye. The rooms are clean and tidy are very comfortable. A special mention needs to be made about the owner Mr. Prem Magar..what an absolutely hospitable man that goes the extra.mile to ensure his guests enjoy their stay. I will definitely stay here again and recommend anyone to.book their accommodation here at Hotel Pleasure and Home in Thamel, in Kathmandu.

Rooms are not clean and it's very congested. Bedding and carpet looks really old and almost non usable.
