Definitely 5 star everything is very comfort. Located at heart of thamel tourist area. Very reasonable prices. Amazing room with attached bathroom and powerful wi:fi with beautiful atmosphere as well.

I stayed for two days. It was a comforting experience. The staff hospitality is top notch. Loved the rooms as well.

Wonderful small hotel very cheap neat and clean in Kathmandu main bazar area Thamel. Lots of shops for atifacts old . New artificial jewelry. Leather goods. Cloths restaurants. 100 of shops on both side of the roads just after moving out of the pilgrims guest house. Very warm welcome at the reception and guests were also well behaved. I recommend this hotel for a family stay for a day or two if they want to go shopping on the street of Thamel

Restaurant is PHENOMENAL 😍 Paneer chili, Thai tofu, cheese balls…..everything is notably fresh, tasty, and elevated despite what appears as a modest hotel. And a decent bar to boot! Inside, my room was clean and spacious with an excellent view of the neighborhood. Located in a great spot in Thamel. WiFi was solid and they were able to provide laundry service, which proved useful after a week of trekking. This is a great mid-range hotel. All of the staff have been warm and efficient from the housekeeping team to the restaurant staff to the security guards. The day manager, who is an art fan, was especially welcoming and helpful with lots of great local arts spot suggestions. Took a chance on this place and couldn’t have been happier!

i stayed here when i had been explore Nepal for the first time.. the price is the best for facility what i got it. the staff is nice and i can enjoy kathmandu with plessure..

Most of the things are good but few things almost ruined the stay. They really need to pay attention to some details. First there was no telephone in room to communicate with hotel staffs, second WiFi wasn’t working for a whole day even after complaining 4 times, third they have a policy which is you can’t eat or drink in room!! I understand it’s a hotel policy but people come there from very far and tired traveling, not all the time we wanna go down changing cloths just to have food! we slept without having dinner on our first day. I gotta say all staffs were polite and nice. But some staff need training and it’s not their fault since everyone has to start somewhere and it’s management’s responsibilities to look after their staffs.

Location ramro ho naramro vandina. Guard brother too nice.but your reception has to much attitude.toilet was damage we just say toilet was damage she just asking and asking was it damage before she just want to blame us she have to much attitude angryness behave

Prices in board starts from 2k but when you enter the hotel its increased to 2.5k lol

It is important to consider only recent reviews reflect the experience here as they have changed owners and is new management that is doing a phenomenal job. Every one of the staff we interacted with was lovely and cheerful, the rooms were clean and quiet and the bar/restaurant out front was a really fun atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazingly well made and newly renovated! Originally known as Pilgrims Hotel is now under new management with excellent rooms, ultra cozy beds and extremely clean bathrooms and amenities.

Excellent hotel centrally located in the main area of Thamel - nestled in a quiet area. The professional staff, clean rooms and delicious food adds to the overall experience. Super happy with my experience here and definitely will come back again. Thanks to the staff and management for a wonderful stay.
