Boudha stupa it is very peace full place.

Cold, damp, ugly, dirty and overpriced room. Upon arrival we were asked to pay more than we booked for. We were then charged four times the price for laundry. A ripoff.

I booked the hotel room at midnight it was around 11:45pm and the person of the hotel called me and told "sir! You have booked the hotel so you need to come to check in the hotel room"so i went to the location of hotel it was quite long away i travelled like half an hour and when i reached there they suddenly called me and told me to canceled and i try to talk to them but they didn't response us So it was a bad experience

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD I BOOKED AT MIDNIGHT THEY CHARGED 2K FOR SINGLE ROOM WITH OUT FAN AC AND DUSTBIN ROOM WAS DIRTY AND THEY CHARGED 300 FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WORST PART THEY CHARGED 100 FOR 1 BOTTLE OF WATER 350 FOR 1 PLATE MOMO MANAGER WAS SO RUDE DONT EVER BOOK ROOM IN THIS HOTLE

Worst room, Wrost service, Worst things ever, I never will come back here again, Room Charges are too high as per compare to other hotels. With this charge You will get beautiful rooms then this. I DONT WANT TO GIVE EVEN 1STAR

Worst hospitality ever seen. I have stayed in numerous hotels till date but never seen such unprofessional people. Never heard of full advance payment in hotel. Called at evening for mineral water but the reply was "we cant take responsibility of providing water to those who eat outside."

If you have made your booking there and they find a client who pay more than you, then they will cancel your booking without giving you the information. Owner is very rude and greedy ..she have no any manner and humanity .. even she don't have any knowledge of how to handle coustmer and bookings ..so much greedy lady ..

Old bed sheets which was even torn.. service charges even for the glass (500). Should pay the amount before stepping in room. No dustbin, no bathroom near not even a mirror.. Overall just money oriented than service.. A room without any facilities was charged 2300. Not a place to create memories and fun

I have stayed here twice for two weeks and three months. It's a family run hotel with all the usual amenities. I found the owner and family friendly and helpful, I had no problems here and enjoyed my stay. It's an easy walk to the Stupa.

Very good budget hotel for fair money. Really nice atmosphere. The owner takes care of everything and is very nice and communicative. Fast internet. Entering the hotel all night long, there is no problem with them locking the gate. It's not a high standard, but for the money it's still 5 stars. I've been to much worse hotels in Kathmandu for much more money. I'm here for the second time, I've been living here for 2 weeks in total. And when I am in Kathmandu again, I will definitely come back. In my opinion, high recommendation!!!

This place has a very homely enviroment. The service is also very good. While I stayed in this place the place was very neat and clean as well. The food is also very good in this place.

Sudha is the woman who led Sudha's Home Stay. It's located about 4.5km from Kathmandu bus park. As the bus / taxi to get down near Chuchupati Panitanki. 25/- NPR if you travel by bus. Taxi charges around 500 NPR. You can use an online taxi service app to reach Sudha's Home. Well maintained room available for bachelors, families & couples too. Room ranges from 1200 NPR to 3000 NPR. You can find the place as your 2nd home away from home. You can get complete homely food cooked by Mrs. Sudha. By staying here you can visit Boudha Stupa - 900mtr, Pasupatinath Temple - 2.5km Kapan Monestry - 2.5km Budanilakantha - 5.5km Chandragiri - 10km Swambhu (the monkey) Temple - 5km Recommended place to stay if planned for 3-4 days in Kathmandu.

Bad service . Mine hostel room is better and staff are worst and even service according to price id too low. They got more rules then facilities

One of the WORST hotels in the valley. There is no option to give 0 star but people should know their reality so I'm giving 1 to write this review. First the rooms are overpriced, you can get far better service on half that price in other hotels. Second they treat their customers poorly. Even use words like 'tw Ran*i", "tw V*lu" (Translates to 'You Bit*h', 'You Who*e" in english) if you complain. And they insist you to pay in full even if you did the reservation a few days earlier. And do not refund if you needed to cancel. The manager (I'd use the same word she used on my friends on her if that was allowed to post) is rude and will block your number in case of any dispute and you tried to call her.
