The breakfast buffet was an unexpected treat--especially the omelet station! Only call out would be the lack of real coffee. Plenty of tea though, and there's a delightful coffee shop right across the street if you have to have coffee. Overall, fantastic experience, highly recommend!

Pretty decent hotel in Thamel area. The room was spacious but was kinda old so was the whole property. Easy access to other places coffee restaurant shopping massage…etc. if you are first time in Kathmandu, I think this should eve the place. A little crowded during the day due to tourists but night time was pretty quiet. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Great rooms, somewhat clean. Food is not the best but it is a good choice to avoid food poisoning haha. The staff is great, as well as the atmosphere. Very nice wifi

Wow! The best service, location and price. I stayed at the Marriott my first night in town so I could be comfortable while I personally scoped out lower priced options. I feel so lucky to have found The Address Hotel. Perfect location. Amazing owner/host. Great brekkie. And the beds are as good as any Marriott or 4 star hotel. I ended up extending my time in Nepal and stayed here on two separate occasions. Anything you need the staff is ready. Clean, quiet, and the most central location if you want to stay in Thamel. I will be back and recommend my friends to stay there when they visit KTM. Thanks for everything! - Nicolas

Stopped by for a meal. A vegetarian set which was very tasty. Was shown around and was suitably impressed. High standards all around. Will be staying here in future. The original hotel used to be my regular stopover.

This hotel is in the heart of the buzzing area of Thamel. The decor and facilities are decent but very costly...

Very clean and quiet, spacious room. Restaurant foods could have been better. would stay here again? Yes. Eat here again? Nope Having to pay each time we order food was a bit uncomfortable. Could have added in the bill at checkout A dish was incomplete according to description in a menu. Wedge potato was missing from pork chop. and chicken sizzler. momo’s chatni had no salt. Breakfast was ok. milk tea was terrible.

This hotel was first rate at a reasonable price for a hotel in Nepal. Room was clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel has an elevator which many in Nepal do not. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I will stay here again if I am ever staying in Kathmandu again.

The rooms were great. The service at the hotel was nice as well. Theres a great view of kathmandu city from the top of the hotel, also a great place for a cup of tea and a good read. Plus, restaurants and other shops are very close to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is an awesome plus to the hotel as well. 4 stars 😉

It was my Kathmandu pit stop during Everest Base Camp Trek. I was concerned with the quality of hotel it being in small lanes of Thamel. But to my surprise the room quality was excellent. The staff was warm and responsive. I had Indian food in the restaurant and the food quality was good and better than most of the restaurants in the Kathmandu. Price of the hotel is ofcourse higher than most of the other hotels. But after a long trek it was nice to have a good room and big washroom to myself.

It was during April 2017. Had a very good time for couple of days with my family. Very decent hotel with nice staffs! Value for money to stay at the centre of Thamel in Kathmandu! A sweet note to the chef and restaurant staffs- my son was just at 5 and he wanted to have pan-cake in during dinner time but he wasn't able to comprehend what he after. Eventually they found out that he liked the pan cake during morning breakfast time and he wanted to have it for dinner. The chef made him a nice pan-cake for him though it was not a dinner time menu for them! We had a free airport-drop too. We all still remember our nice experience we had with "The Address Kathmandu".
