My Partner and I travelled to Nepal in December of 2017. We trekked through the Annapurna’s and to Everest base camp. Royal mountain organised everything from the first pick up at Kathmandu airport to the final drop off for our departure. They sorted all the accommodation, transport, Guides and Porters. All of it was fantastic. Especially the Guide. He looked out for us from the word go! Always smiling and treating us like true guests in his home. He appreciated that I loved photography and was looking out for great photos for me, he didn’t disappoint. Our trip was full of laughter and incredible experiences and our Guide, thank you Indra, was defiantly a huge part of it! Royal Mountain Travel could not do enough for us, fantastic company to deal with! Really made our trip an amazing experience! We will defiantly be back

Royal mountain travel has planned our trip through Nepal. We only had 23 days and did not really know what to expect in the beginning. We had very stipt transport every time. From airport pickup, to hotel, to besi sahar, to pokhara, to chitwan and back to kathmandu. Eventually back to the airport. Never was a taxi late. Sometimes even 10-30minutes early! The cars were always well taken care of and there was always a seatbelt available. We were amazed by the driving skills of the drivers and we always felt safe. Although it is a lot different compared to our home! We trekked the Annapurna circuit with Durgha and Baburam. We had an amazing time in their company. Even when acute mountain sickness kicked in at above 3500 meter, we could rely on the experience of our guide. Thank you Dhurga. You have made this an experience we will not forget. Also, the Annapurna is beautiful. We have learnt that we only knew about hills. As in the Himalaya everything is an hill unless it is 6000m plus and has snow on it. We had a lot of fun! We were relieved that royal mountain has a good working environment for their porters. We were surprised by the amount of luggage some other porters (we do not know what company ) carried up the treks. Royal mountain has rules (15kg, 2 pax). This is a really good thing. You should never let them carry more!! On our last day in Kathmandu our guide called us. Asked if we were still happy and wished us safe travels. We were a little family (and i quote the guide) for 16 days. Danyebad! We would definitely book here again and recommend it to our friends!

I joined a 16-days Nepal tour led by Royal Mountain Travel during the 2017 Christmas holidays. Although I skipped the trekking part, I did have a fabulous time in Nepal. It's a great country that has a lot to offer in terms of cultural sightseeing, food, nature, relaxation, activities as well as retail therapy. The excursions during the tour were well organized, all with very knowledgeable guides. I am especially grateful for all the efforts by our local tour leader Mr. Bharat Bhandari, who has gone above and beyond to make the trip as pleasant as possible for us. I also appreciate that he stayed with us the entire night when we went to party on New Year's Eve, ensuring that everyone came back to the hotel safely. I have traveled to 46 countries around the world by now and encountered quite a few tour leaders so far. And Bharat is really one of the most considerate, who genuinely cares about the well-being of his travelers. Thumb up!

Went for my first trip to Nepal in December 2019. I experienced so many amazing moments and had a chance to also get to know the locals through homestay in both Kathmandu and Pokhara. My travel consultant, Arzoo, was extremely helpful and kind. My guide, Narayan, was such a fun and knowledgeable person. Recently used Royal Mountain Travel company to set up our trekking tour in Nepal. They customized a trip for us that included private bus transfers from Kathmandu to Pokhara and then a small 4 day trek on the Annapurna Mountain Range including accommodations. Our group consisted of 8 people total (late 20s, early 30s) 6 women and 2 men from the United States. Our tour guides were Jagatman Tamang and his assistant Krishna. They were absolutely wonderful! They were such an asset to our trek and made our trek the best it could possibly be. It was incredible. Definitely request Jagatman and Krishna as your trekking guides for any trek in Nepal. They specialize in Everest and Annapurna treks, but they do many other treks as well.

Today, I had the most excellent Day Trip to Bhaktapur and Panauti with my tour guide, Miss Jamuna Khatri, and my driver, Miss Shanti Ghising. They were both incredible women, and I'm so lucky to have had such a great day with them. I learned a lot about the culture and history of the area, had tea at a local tea house, and ate some delicious local foods (don't miss out on the yogurt!!). 🖤🇳🇵

We did the Everest View Trek. The organization in advance was very professional and just perfect. Thanks at this point to Sabita for her great work! Our guide Yuvi made our trek, in addition to the beautiful scenery, even more beautiful. He always took care of us and was very responsive to individual needs. His knowledge and extra portion of cordiality made this trek very special. Absolute recommendation!

I knew RMT years back when i worked in travel and knew i could trust them completely to arrange some trips for me in and around Kathmandu and on to Bhutan. Gauri was so good at communicating and helping me plan everything. My guide Sarita and our driver (sorry for temporarily forgetting your name sir) were the best and great company, so 10/10 so far. Terrific trek for 4 days in Lower Mustang between Annapurna and Dhaulagiri expertly guided by Prem Tamang who looked after all aspects of this memorable experience.

Don't work together with this company. They don't pay there subcontractors as they promise. And to get a bit of your money you have to call a dozen times.
